How many times have you found yourself running from one appointment to the next, without even breathing properly? Life is busy, it seems like we never have enough time for anything. But are we really living, or are we just going through the days automatically?
When was the last time you stopped to smell the flowers? Or did you just sit there, doing nothing, just enjoying the moment? Sometimes we are so focused on being productive that we forget to be human. And being human is, among other things, knowing how to appreciate the little things in life. Think about something you really enjoy doing, but have put aside. Bills to pay... we all have them! But look, life doesn't wait. Enjoying life doesn't mean dropping everything and living like there's no tomorrow. It means finding a balance, taking intentional pauses, appreciating the present. Because, in the end, that's what makes life worth living.
Reflect on this and take some time for yourself. Stop, take a deep breath, enjoy and VVA, don't survive! Good morning
