Medium sliced onion : 3
Ginger garlic paste : 1 table spoon
Green chillies : 4
Oil : 1/4cup
Ghee : 1/4 cup
Coriander leaves : 2 table spoons
Salt to taste
Whole Garam masala :
Bay leaf : 2
Star anise : 1
Cinnamon stick : 3 to 4
Cloves : 5 to 6
Cardamom : 4 to 5
Shajeera/black cumin seeds : 1 tea spoon
