First time Sugar Will has been played full band since 3/7/10.
First time The Last Stop has been played since 11/20/10.
Song debuts of "Samurai Cop", "Bob Law", and "Bismarck" .
First time Sexy MF (Prince version) was played. Performed as a tribute to Prince who had recently passed.
This was DMBs 25th Anniversary show (1991-2016). It was a benefit for local charities in and around their home of Charlottesville, VA. The concert raised over 1 million dollars.

This project was not pre-planned or coordinated. Additional footage was requested via FB and twitter (Master files acquired via Google Drive transfers when possible). TH-cam sources were used as well.

I agree. And why not. He is the absolute best (or one of them!) out there, and happy to be so. I take pleasure in watching him watch everyone else, blowing his bubbles, and smiling. Joy emanates from the man.
Just came from watching their live show in Germany, from 1995!! And now here they are 20 years later evolved and rocking as strong as ever.... and im typing this in 2024! Just saw them live in Dallas in June and these men still rocking the house-everyone on their feet the entire 3 hours, 19 songs long show!!!
Such an unpretentious, talented collection of musicians. So refreshing.

I have loved this band forever. Saw them several times. Each member individually is a master at their craft, so together, they are a dynamo!! My sister in law was a fan as well, and when she was taking her last breaths back in 2001, I sang her #41 until the end. I was grateful to have that opportunity. And yes, Carter is the happiest man alive!! Thanks Chester!

I adore Dave. Seeing him in FL at the end of July. My kids are 7 and 9. People give me dirty looks. One person told me I was a good parent to bring them last year. I show them good music before the radio feeds them crap.
I'm glad there are recordings like this to tide me over during quarantine. Takes me back to the last time I saw them, in September. I can't believe it's only been seven months.. the world has changed so much since then.
Right there with you Claire. I find myself coming back to this video a lot. It helps stave off the loneliness. I had a whole summer lined up, and that seems to be in the can now. Here's to your safety and the tour in 2021!

That was, hands down, THE BEST Jimi Thing I have heard in the 25 years of listening to this band!!! The horn section at the end brought tears to my eyes! It just proves that their Best is Yet To Come!!!

Was a long night, however I had the gift of this band to carry me through it.
Thanks for putting this together, this is awesome! Glad my footage helped contribute to your masterpiece and looking forward to more of your work this tour. I'm going to VA Beach, Bristow, Camden, Alpine Valley, SPAC, and the Gorge this year, with a few of those shows in the pit, so hopefully I can give you some more footage in the future.
You by chance attend a rescheduled concert in Raleigh, November or October 2007? It was supposed to take place in the summer but got.pushed back. It was epic. Louisiana Bayou was first, Warehouse second. ??

Considered SPAC or Charlottesville for our first DMB concert, but then had to save it for the Gorge. Thank you for all your postings, especially this special show in Charlottesville.
WOW........25 years....I remember seeing them at the Bottle and Cork in Dewy Beach DE in 1991. I left there thinking wow what did I just see/hear. I've seen them several times since. Always a treat and never disappointed.

Dave and the band performed effortlesssly though the obvious extreme heat and humidity. Love this band more than ever and I wish that I had been at this one! Carter Beauford, Jeff Coffin, Boyd Tinsley, Tim Reynolds. Stefan Lassard and Rashawn Ross. All Make up the greatest current music on the Planet Earth baby!!!!!!!!!! Well I mean... to be fair... this concert was indoors so it wasn't very hot lol. But yes I agree, they're amazing live. I was lucky enough to be able to attend this concert and I absolutely lost my mind when they played The Last Stop 😂

i love how its not all about dave matthews. it's the whole band and they have so much fun and the live show is what they live for! i saw them live once and it was best experience it's more than a show. best feeling in the world to just sit back and relax and see them jam in front of you for an hour plus.
A great show, mixing some old and some really brand new material. The joy of playing just radiates off the screen.
