The fountains were likely removed when online first launched alongside heaps of others props around the map. Take a drive in story then again online and you’ll notice a lot less props around the map. They did this to improve performance in online because of the 360/PS3s limitations. Stuff like this make me wish the game launched first on Xbox 1 and PS4 so they didn’t need to cut stuff all that stuff out. It just makes online feel less alive (alongside less vehicles and npcs)
Let me tell you how wrong you are. I had that paleto bay house with the fountain back on ps3 when it still had online. When I transferred to ps4, that's when I immediately noticed it was suddenly gone. I think that's just a mistake on Rockstar part and not technical difficulties. Not to mention, the fountain is still there on ps4 if you go to storymode
right off the bat, drug wars was a great DLC, capitalizing on singleplayer activity in gtao, letting u run and distribute an acid business. it helps u make so much money.....
Drug Wars is not a bad DLC, many people consider Mercenaries being the worst. It removed more content than it added and it had a lot od bugs at the start.
the end result, having the acid lab, was great. but the missions themselves were pretty half-hearted with some being basic copies of story mode missions.

@@Buckacherz theres another change in the night club but its due to being raided and failing, in the personal lounge its a male and female laying together however after the failed raid it will be simply a basic round table i have yet to notice any other changes from similar situations
Some other smaller changes include the statue at Vespucci Beach changing from a real-life art piece to a bunch of random rusted metal due to the artist being unhappy at the addition without their permission, and the removal of several Confederate flags from trailers around the map!
As a person who stopped playing gta online when support ended on the 360 it’s crazy how many changes were made. I still play campaign on my 360 but started replaying gta 4 again
They added construction outside the diamond casino before they added the music locker. That is a change I remember quite well seeing everyone hypothesize what was happening
7:00 The best thing about the Dax Missions is you get a Free Electric Supercar ($2.3M Ocelot Virtue) that you can add Imani Tech missile jammer to. It has no special icon either so you can give the finger to Oppressors that fly over for an easy kill
0:097:00 i started playing gta online in 2023 and drug wars is one of the best dlcs, you get 50K per first dose mission and 100K per last dose mission, the acid lab and delivery bike for the first dose missions, the virtue for last dose which also has imani tech upgrades and is fast enough for time trails, a free place to get mk2 weapons and dax missions which give 50K per completion. though i do have to say the last dose missions are easy af compared to the first dose ones
The biggest reason I DONT care for Cayo at all is that I simply wanted them to just make it out in the water. I don’t wanna have to load into a new circular map with no escape, los santos should be a plane distance away.
lol I wouldn’t care if it was located in the wrong spot on the map. GTAs map isn’t a real, full map of California so it would be fine if you had to fly there because it’s a game. Just would’ve been great if they added it to free roam and that’s how

On ocassions that you get to actually get there, you somehow aquire the permission, either by disguising yourself, or by some other means (your personal nuclear submarine, if that's the option?), so at any other times you shouldn't be able to simply reach that destination, which is, what's R*'s loading screen is for and the reason, why it's not part of the actual freeroam map.
I jumped back in to GTA Online for the first time in a couple of years yesterday, and it felt like there was a of new coloring and branding around in the city. I even ended up parking in a place I don't remember ever seeing. And I do have a couple of thousand hours in GTA Online. So that felt a bit weird!
I own the polito pay facility and you can tell it was added in later. The random height raised and its location is just so impractical and doesn’t blend it at all. That said it would be JARRING seeing nothing there.

It’s a lot of research and a lot of knowledge but also, I’ve watched a lot of other videos that sometimes make me think of things For example, when I was making the Helly pad ranking video last week, I realized when I was recording that some of them were in story mode and I went oh yeah, that makes sense agencies didn’t have health pads which gave me the idea for this video And then I just went through every property we could own, and did some research online as well as some personal knowledge
Honestly I already knew about the casino appear bc when I first played on Xbox 360 I went to the casino by accident thinking it was a cool looking parking lot, but when I saw it I was like "wow that's cool, maybe later we could actually go inside!" But when I started gta online on PS4 I went back to it to see if it could let me in, I saw the new design difference from story mode, I still wonder why the casino design isn't the same as what we see on story mode
Ive been noticing changes everyday even without updates. V happy with rockstar. Just scared they are trying to ease us into a more monetized experience. Hope they remember they had the most profitable product in history with a zero monetization approach❤
Actually Rockstar removed another fountain from GTA current gen and next gen. If you check on Xbox 360 or PS3 you will find a fountain in 4584 Procopio Drive's garden in Paleto Bay (it's one of the Independence day update's houses that you can own). Honestly that fountain changes the whole appearence of that house and makes that garden look less empty than it actually is on current versions

I am not sure if that's supposed to be online on old gen versions only but i can confirm it was there at some point because i remember myself trying to get on top of it (the confirmation of its presence also comes from the Dinasty 8 picture of that house)
It wouldn't make much sense. Story Mode takes place in 2013, it starts and ends in 2013. Online started as a prequel to Story Mode a few months before the story of Franklin, Michael and Trevor, but eventually moved to where it is now - 2024. So lots of stuff from like 2017 and on (ever since the release of a certain DLC, Gunrunning, I guess) would look futuristic and out of place in Story Mode's 2013.

No, Cayo Perico island does not count. is an island of its own in a completely different place, where you cannot get there by vehicle directly from Los Santos island, via a bridge for example.
I've already recomanded some GTA 4 Rankings, but back to GTA 5... how about each Highway/Road in general? Or maybe every borough of Los Santos? Or even better, every Apartment/House the player can buy in GTA Online?
That first tuners auto shop pisses me off, not because of itself, it's a fine location, but because of a terrorbyte spawn (one of the two that happens if you summon your terrorbyte from the west vinewood backlots large special cargo warehouse) in the parking lot where the nerve center is completely inaccessible thanks to the spawns from the auto shop.
Drug wars was a decent DLC but Mercenaries is easily the worst one. Removed more shit than they added and barely added anything that is even worth adding to the game.
Well some are smaller And based on some quizzes I’ve done this week many people didn’t know about the grapeseed gas station, new helipads or even the old casino design for new players. I guess you just don’t fit in with the term “most players”

You should make a video explaining which are all the canonical businesses and offices that the online character should acquire based on the real shape of the building, since they all have the same interiors but not exteriors.
I figure for it being literally 10 years old it they would have done some big alterations to stuff to keep everything fresh. Maybe even adding a new town or something. I mean CoD has done it with their BR map lol And you can do in all of those buildings.

Why you hating on the Drug Wars DLC? It wasn’t that bad at all. Good money for beginners with no initial costs. An almost free business at the end of part one. A totally free supercar for finishing part two that can be fitted with Imani tech. Not a mind blowing DLC but definitely not a trash one. Also, Arena Wars is a really good mode to play. Poor payouts and trade price unlocks always precede any positives though. Get some good players together and good times are definitely going to be had.
One map change i remember not on this list cause it’s very obscure but before casino update for 7 weeks to generate hype they put construction equipment at the entrance of the old casino and would add new parts each week to show that’s it’s changing and hinting at a new casino obviously when update came out it all disappeared

Before the lowriders, when the heists update came out, there was a noticable difference to the front doors of the eclipse towers, even on PS3 edition. If I remember correctly, they animated more of an interior there.

Best thing of Drug Wars was the Acid Van. Being able to get a business that you can produce product and sell it working by yourself. Just the missions to get the van and then the upgrade is tedious and can be frustrating to players. But worth it.
Yes, I remember that one. It’s just hard because you can’t even see the old statue in game anymore so I’d have to find pictures the same goes for all the confederate flags around the map.
Did much change on the outside of any of those buildings? I also play on PC so I wouldn’t know anything about the car club or anything with GTA plus unfortunately However, I know there’s hundreds of more changes I could mention so maybe I’ll have to do a part two and mention those
Drug Wats was my favorite DLC. Even though the acid lab is outdated at this point, the missions, truck + bike, the freakshop and other features are better than most things before. And Cayo is boring AF.

So yea, it would still be Invetero Cocquette with something to make it distinct, like Cocquette D4, since a Cocquette Classic already exists. Isn't it essentially the Cocquette from GTA IV? Banshees are based on Dodge Vipers in the HD era (they were also in the 3D era, Vice City was a special case for some reason).
I would wager that we'll finally end up getting the remaining cop cars added to Warstock to accompany the ones we've gotten in the last round. I've got to say the drip feed was absolute garbage following the Cluckin' Bell Raid. The only thing I can think of was the Challenger cop car. I was expecting at least a few more like the equivalent of the Ford Tarus to be added since I saw it glitching in the "Gang Banger Robbery" from the Salvage Yard robberies and spawning on my way out of the police station with purple instead of white making me think they were working on it's customizability like with the Crown Vic or something but that was getting my hopes up.
We have to remember that the Kluckin bell raid was drip feed in and of itself from the chop shop DLC So the Kluckin Bell raid was the last of the drip feed from that DLC, and didn’t have anything of its own after that

U forgot 1 main one the art work piece at Del Perro Beach they had to change it due to copyright issues. I could be wrong, but I think that’s probably one of the very first changes they ever did.

Drug wars was a decent DLC but Mercenaries is easily the worst one. Removed more shit than they added and barely added anything that is even worth adding to the game.

You should make a video explaining which are all the canonical businesses and offices that the online character should acquire based on the real shape of the building, since they all have the same interiors but not exteriors.
I’m actually working on a video for the best location for each business property but I didn’t go into that much detail
I figure for it being literally 10 years old it they would have done some big alterations to stuff to keep everything fresh. Maybe even adding a new town or something.

Why you hating on the Drug Wars DLC?
It wasn’t that bad at all.
Good money for beginners with no initial costs.
An almost free business at the end of part one.
A totally free supercar for finishing part two that can be fitted with Imani tech.
Not a mind blowing DLC but definitely not a trash one.
Also, Arena Wars is a really good mode to play.
Poor payouts and trade price unlocks always precede any positives though.
Get some good players together and good times are definitely going to be had.

One map change i remember not on this list cause it’s very obscure but before casino update for 7 weeks to generate hype they put construction equipment at the entrance of the old casino and would add new parts each week to show that’s it’s changing and hinting at a new casino obviously when update came out it all disappeared

Maybe the mile high club is the unfinished skyscraper they've been working on for almost 11yrs

In my opinion I much prefer the old casino classic style.
I like the old parking lot, but the building definitely looked a little dingy and could use some cleaning
Before the lowriders, when the heists update came out, there was a noticable difference to the front doors of the eclipse towers, even on PS3 edition. If I remember correctly, they animated more of an interior there.

Is it bad I genuinely enjoyed drug wars, it was insanely useful to kickstarting a new account. And the acid lab is an amazing money maker.
That’s true it was not the best but probably not the worst
Best thing of Drug Wars was the Acid Van. Being able to get a business that you can produce product and sell it working by yourself. Just the missions to get the van and then the upgrade is tedious and can be frustrating to players. But worth it.

The first and oldest change was the statue on the LS Beach. A light metal construction was replaced with a ugly rusty construction.
Yes, I remember that one. It’s just hard because you can’t even see the old statue in game anymore so I’d have to find pictures the same goes for all the confederate flags around the map.

You missed the Vinewood Boulevard garage aka the 50 cars garage, the vinewood car club, and the gta plus 100 car garage.
Did much change on the outside of any of those buildings?
I also play on PC so I wouldn’t know anything about the car club or anything with GTA plus unfortunately
However, I know there’s hundreds of more changes I could mention so maybe I’ll have to do a part two and mention those

Drug Wats was my favorite DLC. Even though the acid lab is outdated at this point, the missions, truck + bike, the freakshop and other features are better than most things before.
And Cayo is boring AF.

So yea, it would still be Invetero Cocquette with something to make it distinct, like Cocquette D4, since a Cocquette Classic already exists. Isn't it essentially the Cocquette from GTA IV? Banshees are based on Dodge Vipers in the HD era (they were also in the 3D era, Vice City was a special case for some reason).

Best way to get them is to check out the same buildings in story mode

I would wager that we'll finally end up getting the remaining cop cars added to Warstock to accompany the ones we've gotten in the last round. I've got to say the drip feed was absolute garbage following the Cluckin' Bell Raid. The only thing I can think of was the Challenger cop car. I was expecting at least a few more like the equivalent of the Ford Tarus to be added since I saw it glitching in the "Gang Banger Robbery" from the Salvage Yard robberies and spawning on my way out of the police station with purple instead of white making me think they were working on it's customizability like with the Crown Vic or something but that was getting my hopes up.
We have to remember that the Kluckin bell raid was drip feed in and of itself from the chop shop DLC
So the Kluckin Bell raid was the last of the drip feed from that DLC, and didn’t have anything of its own after that
@@Buckacherz I get it, but they did bill it as a separate DLC, so one would figure they would have more drip feed content for something they promote as a new dlc.

did you forget about the fences near mission row? i'm pretty sure there were fences that fenced out the subway tracks near ms lspd in sp but were removed (performance maybe???) in online

U forgot 1 main one the art work piece at Del Perro Beach they had to change it due to copyright issues. I could be wrong, but I think that’s probably one of the very first changes they ever did.
