I get my permanent loc extensions done this Saturday. My natural hair length is similar to yours and my hair is very soft. I noticed that the locs are somewhat stiff (I have .6cm, 10" loc extensions). Can you speak to stiffness and also, did the human hair make your scalp itchy? I experienced itchiness with synthetic hair but I'm hoping that human hair won't have the same reaction. Also, I love your hair (suits you very nicely) and I plan to use it as my style pic. Thanks!
I have accidentally gone natural while on my love for hair extensions and wigs. I now do not want to damage my natural hair but I also do not mess with my natural 4c hair. It's always plated or braided. I have been interested in locs but definitely did not want to loose my length. I did faux locs, they were beautiful but too damn heavy. I also hate the look of sister locs(too skinny). I may give this a try it looks like it would blend perfectly with my natural texture and my hair will easily loc.
Felt the same way but these are not heavy just make sure when you get it the locs are a bit bigger than you want because it will slim down some over time due to the hair locking and compacting
Love the video! I may have missed it. But, what length did you get for the extensions? Also, did you have to cut your natural hair to add on the extensions or did you just add the extension to the end of your real hair natural length? Hope this makes sense.

Do they loc ur actual hair before they put in the extensions
If you wash the hair before, I soaked mine in ACV then cold water rinse. Should wash any hair you get even if human. Also washing relieves stiffness

I grew my locs for 12 years but let them free form. I combed them out and miss them. Getting loc extensions soon
