Taksing is cold remote & border village Of India and motor road reached there recently which is not yet concreted. U have made video of such a place with great smile, it's appreciated. Some close up & proper light of videos is suggested. Would like to know ur name & place.

If there is part of india why Indian govt disrespect ,their developement
Brother put one hash tag with title and 4 or 5 hash tag in description it will help your video come up to serching on youtube hash tag should be related to your topic
Use commons key word in tittle like famous village name or tourisam name or like people use to serch so that your video will rank also rember to broke your title in to 3 like like ... Arunachi boy ... Visit pashighat..... Temple famous palce in pashighat... Like that so any key word if people serch your video will come up on top
Use catchy thumb nail so people will attract to click it you can use pixellab app
Also use tube mate for serch famouse title and hash tag
There are some famous youtuber in arunachal like lenzing .. karka .. yukom try to include there name on your video like make titles related to those people and mention some talk about them in to video so you got some traffic
