For OBS I usually use window capture instead of game capture and I can adjust the audio from that. You should be able to put a limiter to kinda reduce the crackling if its still happening. Look at the game audio bar in the center, click the 3 dots button, then go to filters and you can use those tools to help with the crackling or to equalize the audio
last time someone wanted to 1v1 me because i beat them with twins and i responded with "what makes you think you can beat me in a 1v1 if you can't beat me in a 1v4?" they never responded.

check Deenis reap on google, it has the best builds for all killers and survivors, one tip is that dont use duration addons, duration addons make ur phase longer but also make ur reload longer so its a noob trap, i recommend watching some spirit guide videos
I don't think Vecna is that strong. He's B or maybe A tier but he's not the Nurse or Blight. I think it's the player that makes him strong.
