Always get an energetic and enthusiastic review from you! Always appreciated! Subbed. Thinking about getting this. I'm always drawn more to Panasonic for their authentic 'cinematic' picture processing. I dont watch much TV but when I do I want it SPOT ON!!! LG and Samsung might be more modern and snazzy but I like the understated approach of Panasonic.
@@Shambolicuk yes , you found out flows no one talks about , and i guess in these 8 moths you noticed a bunch more . Like i did on my Philips . Can you share your long term experience .Thanks
@@dedskin1 Its a really good TV with a great picture, there have been a few software updates which have improved it greatly. I am glad i purchased it 👍
Awesome and excellent review !. I am planning to buy a 55 inch TV. LG C3. BUT the Panasonic I saw the Panasonic TX-MZ 800 and this model is far better than the LG C3 !!. I will definitely go for this model. This model is MZ800E "E" is for Europe.Because I live in the Netherlands, Europe. Price €1000 ! because the box has little bit damage, BTW: I don't need the box. The tv is still brand new in the box. Thanks for the review. Good luck with your channel. Glenn.
I bought a couple of TV this year, tcl, hisense and Samsung and glass TV. All of those had a detachable mains lead although the Samsung seemed to have an unusual connector for the TV end unlike the others that were figure of 8.
So looking forward to getting this tv next week after having endured the worst 3 weeks trying to play Xbox series x through my LG G3 🥴 what a joke that tv is for Xbox gaming. Hoping this beast will run the series x with no connectivity issues 🤞🙏
Nice review, I am thinking of buying this for my first oled tv, can I ask the power lead, is it the usual like figure of 8, 2 pin connector that goes in the back of the tv as I need a 10 ft long cable thank you.
Bought one of these after watching this review. BUT disappointingly Information bar at top of screen Persistently pops up periodically without being requested. Very annoying and disturbs viewing and can't work out how to stop it. 😢
Hey bro. I’ve looked at that many TVs I’m confused! Hope you can help, had my heart set on the LG b4 65, finally convinced the mrs and turns out with the stand it won’t fit and she’s not having it, and she won’t let us pay for the C4 lol. Would you say this Panasonic is as good for gaming (ps5 and Xbox series x) as well as general picture, we have a very light room and struggle with the glare sometimes. And advise or recommendations appreciated 🙏🏼
Does this VPN thing allow to see application HD+, German television wchich is free with this TV for some time unless you live in Germany? Another question I can't find answers anywhere - does this TV send Dolby Atmos over HDMI? My Xbox Series X says it doesn't. Thanks for good review 👍
@@LoverOfTech Sorry, but this is wrong. The OLED panel frequency is always 120Hz. But if you play games the HDMI can only manage 60Hz at 4K or 120Hz on 1080 (interpolated), because this TV doesn´t have HDMI 2.1. In practice anything you watch on TV is 60Hz maximum but the benefit of having a 120Hz panel is that movies playing at 24p have a much better flow than if you watch them on a 60Hz panel.
Within the confines of OLED this is quite affordable for those interested. Although if you are not a fan of Android TV, the LGC2 would tempt some gamers as it has a 120fps refresh rate, for those who are into their FPS games. Another nice review though 😎
Brother, this is an awesome review of this fab tv. Do you know how many years of software updates will it have? What is the refresh rate on this panel?
I have just returned a TCL Android TV which nearly tipped me over the edge because it was so sluggish. Seeing this video sent shivers down my spine as the platform is identical. How does this perform for those that have this TV and have been running it for a while now?
Please read to the end..... I've had my Panasonic MZ800B for 7 months and had no end of trouble. The operation system was so slow and the picture would freeze and I had to re-boot everyday just to get a tv guide to come up as it would say " No information". I was at my wits end and decided to complain which I loathe to do. They picked up my tv and took it away for 8 days . They apologised and said they could find nothing wrong but they gave it a "Software Update". I didn't hold out any hope. Believe me, this tv is now on another planet !! It is fantastic ! Its quick to operate and the picture is now so sharp. If anyone has these problems with their tv please get a Software Update before giving up all hope. I am so happy with this tv now. I hope this helps.
Hmm I just bought this model in the 48” and I’m really disappointed with the picture quality, it’s nowhere near as good as the 11yr old LED it’s just replaced. It took an hour to set up, first off it refused to connect to my broadband, then it took ages to download the update and then got stuck in a loop and we had to do the same update 3 times! Looking at the Olympic stadium in Paris it’s like stepping back in time the spectators look like they did on an analogue TV not happy, I was hoping for something magical and it’s rubbish 😢

Just ordered 55 inch version and today your video popped up on youtube.

turn off MJC in advanced picture setting

Hi, does it support HGIG?
I am looking for 120hz oled panasonic
Unfortunately this TV is only 60hz
Get the MZ980 if you want 120Hz and 4K at the same time
Thank you for quick respond.
120hz is better for ayes I think.
Also when is 120hz is it working always on 120hz?
Experienced any sound sync issues with this TV?
