Anchor links sometimes known as jump links or a table of contents or a bookmarks or in-page links are links that take you straight to another section of the page when clicked.
The users browsing your site can find the relevant information more quickly and easily.
Anchor link consists of two parts. The first part is the anchor itself - a unique identifier you can attach to your page elements. The second part consists of an actual link. The difference is that the URL consists of the hash symbol and your unique id - #unique-id.
Enable the design dilaog configuration - with out selecting this option link and unlink options are already displayed but not Anchor
Extend the core TEXT component to enable the Anchor configuration on UI - only enabling the design dialog configurations not working now.
