Sadly we also didn’t know anyone from Brazil when we were there 😔 there were some students from Argentina & Mexico though... if there’s specific questions you are unsure about our Instagram dm’s are always open & maybe you can also ask the international office 🤗 we hope you can find some answers soon
@@tais6398 also they mostly treat the exchange students better than the AMAs which is because they know the exchange students will leave soon. But the AMAs are treated like the korean students. Which can be harsh because they don't know korean that well and are mostly new to the country.
I will be applying for the broadcasting major as well (graduate) and the minimum required is TOPIK3, I only have TOPIK 2. I saw that they do an intensive language course before actually starting the actual school semester, so I was wondering if it will be possible to apply with topik2 then get a topik3 there through thoses courses? if you have any information, please let me know! thank you

If you just have the student visa, you're not allowed to work while working there. But it is possible for you to work if your professor helps you to get permission for it.

For the university itself you don't have to hand in any health test results but if you want to live in the dorm you have to be stated healthy by your doctor and you have to be vaccinated against tuberculosis and show a receipt. It can be different now because of the virus but that were the only things we had to hand in.
@@eunicelin1678 It's not like a real test it's just a vaccination and the doctor has to state that you got it. Or do you mean because of the needle? I (Jenny) am also scared of needles and I did it too. Just have in mind that you do it because it helps you to go there. It helped me getting through it 💕 I hope that helps!

Wir studieren an der Technischen Hochschule Ostwestfalen-Lippe aber welche anderen Universitäten eine Partnerschaft mit der K’Arts haben wissen wir gerade leider selber nicht. 🙈 das sollte aber auf deren Webseite stehen wenn du wegen exchange semester/semester abroad nachschaust. Ansonsten kannst du deren international Office auch immer noch selber schreiben und anfragen ob die eine Partnerschaft mit einer noch nicht aufgelisteten Uni eingehen würden Bzw ob du dich für ein Auslandssemester da bewerbe kannst ☺️
Und die K’Arts hat nur ein Dorm an dem Campus an dem wir waren. Wenn man von der K’Arts angenommen wird muss man sich für einen Platz im Dorm früh genug bewerben oder ansonsten selber nach einer Unterkunft suchen 🙈
If you are studying in the film, tv or multimedia school you will have the option to take editing classes :) there are also single and group editing rooms that you can rent for days and where you can edit your projects
Just check out the website of the korea national university of arts. There is a visual arts school which includes design. There is also multimedia and also animation. Just look for yourself what fits for you the best :) www.karts.ac.kr/en/main.do
I think if its not on the website they probably don't have fashion design at the school. We also don't remember if there was fashion design when we went to karts... It's worth it having a look at other universities tho :)
Hellow, there is a university called Hongik University, they are well known for one of the best university in korea (for art maybe) and they have fashion design there. Maybe you can check it out if you're interested 😊😊😊
The exchange students can hand in their projects in English but the professors want it translated by someone into Korean. For AMA everything needs to be in Korean.

We study Media Production in Germany & for the semester abroad we had classes in the broadcasting department. Korea National University of Arts is a very good university for all artistic studies & majors. Also it’s the only University in Korea that only offers Art Majors & is very famous for that.
Sadly we don't know anything about the ama scholarship because we just were there for one semester as exchange students. We can't help with ama! But you can check the links in the description. 😇
