I still did not understand the purpose of Pass Through Auth. Is it to avoid continuous syncing or to avoid password validation at cloud? If it is to avoid password validation at cloud, what did we achieve from it. User is sending username and password to Azure and azure is encrypting it before sending it to PTA agent. PTA agent is validating the decrypted password with the password stored on on-prem AD and response is sent back to Azure whether it was successful or failure. If I am the azure here and user is sending me the password and AD is responding me whether it is indeed the right password or not, that means I got to know user's actual password. Then what was harm in storing hashed password on azure and you said that company does not want password to go out of their premises at 05:37. I am confused. Just correct me if I am missing something.

I have question in that ... In my company there 2 diffrent server pass through agent installed ...so question is how this two server decide from which DC need to be authenticate for any request if there is more then 10 DC
