- Well it has been a while! A big hello to all of my subscribers! In this live I thought I would have a little catch up with you guys and talk to you about everything that has been going on in my bus driving career since my last upload!

I came across your videos back in December 2022, after watching your videos I applied for a bus driving role and managed to pass my test now I'm with a mentor and the garage and company I'm with have said stagecoach are really bad with management and we have stagecoach drivers in our depot. Being behind the wheel first was the best experience I see why you do it.
Was with Stagecoach for 11 months but got put on a final warning for “failure to report an accident” after that I had to leave which ideally i didn’t want to do because I did really like catford garage but they done me wrong with that final warning because I had a clean record up to that point
whats the difference between in pay with go ahead and stagecoach

Sorry I didn't catch you live! Good to see you back. Good luck at Go Ahead, had a fair amount to do with them when they started a local open-top route in Southend back in 2017.
Wondered what happened - in today's climate I imagined you'd been asked not to vlog on duty or something. Didn't think you'd pack up bus driving just yet as you seemed keen.
Best thing to do in video chats is inspire others who might follow you into the industry. You have a good chatty style, telling it how it is. Focus on the positives then those you work for won't have grounds to ask you not to.
I commented before that I started bus driving when I was the same age, 21, and a lot of what you say rang so true. It was good to see others positively influenced by wise words from a young head. Keep it that way - don't whinge about this, or that if you can.
Enjoyed your videos, those I've seen, so hope you'll do more. Shame I didn't catch you live, would have been great. I'm still driving with current PCV/CPC btw - usually heritage stuff just because I love all that (still) - the kind MD at Ensignbus put me in the cab of a petrol-engined 1932 Leyland TD2 a week ago to see how I'd get on, which was fun.....
Being able to interest and inspire people is a gift. Make the most of it. Hope to see you on TH-cam again soon......
Thank you for the update I did wonder what had happened to you with nothing uploaded for such a long time. With regards to Stagecoach I think you did a wise move as you properly already know the company has been sold to DWS a German Bank who take over in August from what I have been told its possible Stagecoach could be broken up and sold off and disappear. I hope you do well at Go Ahead and enjoy it. 👍

I have a question, I've been a subscriber to your channel for almost a year now and since you've recently uploaded a video on how you're doing and what going on, I've gotten a recommendation on one of your videos doing a POV on your route and I thought that on one of your videos you weren't aloud to do them because it's against company policy? Also I've seen all of your videos and how did I manage to miss watching your POV videos?🤷♂️ Hope you have a wonderful day, can't wait for more of your videos and again I'm really glad to see you again! 😊
I recently unprivated the videos as I'm no longer with the company so there is no fear of repercussions

If I ever work at Plumstead, the 180 would be my 100% go to route. Are you able to have a say in what route you do at the start?

@@cameronbrown4616 too long and too busy for me. The 180 during the day is nice and quiet, and it’s my favourite route anyway 😂
@@reeceplaster1532 I went on loan to Plumstead garage in November and they gave me 177 & 53 to learn on 1 day without knowing london roads lol 😂

What’s your work pattern do you get long weekends every 3 weeks
Hi mate. I’m thinking of applying to become a bus driver as I want the challenge and love working with the public and driving. I’m in east London so was looking at going through stagecoach but not sure now. Would you advise another company? Been thinking of go- ahead…any advise?
All I will say is just because I had a bad experience doesn’t mean you will as well if you want to apply for stagecoach by all means go for it it’s entirely up to you

I went to common wealth games same sort of thing as you last minute asking me and when I got there the 3 numbers no one answered but luckily I knew few drivers and met one of them at train station and ngl you would be glad not to of done it it was an absolute shit show
