Hi, so the records request form is mandatory so that your college authorities can release your academic documents. It is something to be presented to the college and then they will take care of the rest. If you still have questions, let us know.
Can you please explain the NSDC process as well? I have uploaded my documents to WES and NSDC as well. Do I still have to ask my institution to send a sealed envelope to WES? I think NSDC will send our documents to WES on our behalf however, I just wanted to confirm.
@@CK30585 I am living in US on visa and NSDC charged me 50 USD. You can verify your NSDC account by passport as well. You don't necessarily need aadhaar card for it.
@@nickim270 I am at the next stage of the process and yes NSDC has sent documents on my behalf to WES. You don't need to ask your institution to mail a copy of your transcripts to WES. NSDC will do that for you. I have also received notification that my documents have reached WES and evaluation is in progress. I have also contacted the WES helpline to confirm if my institution needs to send documents or not. They have said that NSDC will take care of it. Make sure that you pay NSDC on time and receive a confirmation email.

Yes, you can download the form using the link I have provided. You have to fill in the credentials on the wes account by referring to your degree. Your college will send the copies of the degree across together with the academic records request form. For any other query, let us know.

The ICAP course is a different thing, it is a specialised offering by WES consisting of storing records so that you can make use of them later and a few other things. To answer your question - you can select either of the one depending on your requirement - whether studying or immigration. Wish you all the best!

Hi, sometimes WES may take some more time to deliver your ECA. You will definitely get the report. But for your peace of mind, you can write a short email to them using the contact us section. Hope this helps in clarifying your doubt.
