A weird but really nice memory feels a lot like this; my Girl Scout troop once stayed the night at an Aquarium or something similar years and years ago, like 2010 or 2011, and we slept in a big decorated room with white tigers on the other side of the glass. I barely got any sleep since I was watching the tigers and the floor and sleeping bag was uncomfortable, but it‘s still one of my favorite memories
white tigers? did this happen 2 be in the houston downtown aquarium? sounds like smth that years n years ago a troop my sibling was apart of had an opportunity 2 do, but they ultimately didn't bc the sleeping conditions weren't supposedly very great. But, I did think it sounded neat, as I always loved (and still do love) the tigers there.
this brings back a similar memory, we got to stay in the Field Museum in Chicago( or a nearby museum lol) all I know is I stuck my hand in a random box to touch something. That was terrifying and thrilling at the same time 😂
@@Imagomoth Yeah exactly! Haha we were in sleeping bags on the floor and my mom hated it but I had a great time basically staying up all night and watching the tigers lol

Is E T E R N A L's attraction up to OSHA regulations? last time I checked being able to climb inside a tank with presumably dead fish and having an unknown metropolis in a aquarium are going cost you hefty fines.

This one is so fkn good dude, nice pictures too :) thanks so much for taking the time to make and upload this!! Sending you lots of love and positive vibes ❤🙏
Look at this, you guys, it says that more than 80% of the ocean is still unmapped, that's nuts to think about. I mean, look at these tuna, they get THIS big, I wonder if they get any-- guys? ...where'd you go, hey! Great.. must've lost them in the Royal Blue Hall of Kingly Crabs, just over by the Jellyfish Sky exhibit... or was that by those two plastic palm trees? uhhh, hm. _where am I?_
man, that exhibit on bivalves was unusually enlightening, I always thought they were just... y'know, oysters and clams, but its actually a fascinating creature! And this seaweed salad they had at the Seafood & Garden Experience got really tasty, really fast. Where the heck IS everyone though, I saw them moving toward that whale skeleton chart in the atrium again, but now I'm stuck by the Coral Exhibit again. ooh, nautilus! I'll try texting them again, it feels like I've been trying their phone for an hour.
44:06 I had a feeling this tank would show up. Its the Commerson's Dolphins tank in Seaworld San Diego. Its a part of the Journey to Atlantis ride. I saw it as a kid and still think about it every once in a while.
I love aquariums and the aesthetics of these magical places! I highly underrated aquarium is Moody Gardens in Galveston Texas, USA, if anyone is looking for a particularly splendid one to visit. It was oddly un crowded and had an ethically minded conservation mission as well as being a place of employment for locals with disabilities.
If you manage to get to an aquarium at the right day and right time, it's one of the coolest experiences ever. You have space to walk around, you can take time to look at your favorite exhibits (rather than feeling rushed along), and you don't have to stress out about someone coughing on you. When it's just a few people, you, and the fishes: it's really fun.
44:06 This picture (from the thumbnail) reminds me of the poolrooms level of the backrooms. I actually had this idea before that what if besides humans, animals could noclip into the backrooms as well and sea animals would noclip into the poolrooms, and you would randomly encounter whales or fish swimming aimlessly through the poolrooms and being just as lost as you.
Still love that place even now. Just returned there 3 months ago when we took a vacation in Copper Mountain. Long drive from there, but worth it! I was delighted to see that the Sharks are still kicking, old fossils aren't going out yet. Went there so many times. I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who has memories from there! I jumped out of my seat when I saw the image pop up here.
@@jeremybrown1438 I'm studying architecture right now, and that building partially takes credit for getting me interested in the field. Tremendous place
I really like this moment in the video when everything goes from very cozy and bright to gradually darker and uncozy. And in the end we go back to comfort. Thank you for the mix!
Omg I clicked on this video because of the thumbnail also at this part of the video 44:07. I’m pretty sure the photo is taken place in Seaworld San Diego in a little small aquarium near the journey to Atlantis ride when they used to have I believe it is called the Commerson’s dolphin. Now the small aquarium had random fish and manta rays inside
Here's the thing about these places, they're always empty, it's as if the people just disappeared suddenly or you know you fall asleep in the bathroom, and they close.
Ive been listening to this playlist for a while..I love the way the songs go through a story of going to the aquarium in the morning, staying at night and the eerie feeling it must have when there's no visitors and darkness, and leaving the next morning. It feels like I stayed in this place all night.
A fun fact about me! Actually i've never went or been in an aquarium. I heard that it's magical but i never went to one, so i use this music to imagine how it would look
Thank you sooo so much for making this one!! It’s amazing to actually get to listen to this after suggesting it, completely blew my expectations away 💙
4:01 I recently went to the SeaLife Aquarium in Scheveningen and when I saw this I was like: "Huh, that looks just like where I just visited." and then I saw the sign in the picture was in Dutch and my suspicions were confirmed.
Like ambient, but never a true fan of vaporwave. I wish more playlists tried to take you on a journey like this one did though. Somewhat in sounds or songs, but also the pictures. It feels like you're traveling somewhere with each new picture.
