is MEng in Chemical engineering worth it at UWaterloo ?? I got offer letter from UWaterloo (MEng Chemical Engineering ) and UCalgary (MEng Petroleum and Chemical Engineering). on one hand UWaterloo Engineering has really good reputation but calgary area has more chemical engineering jobs because of oil and gas . Can you suggest me which course I should prefer ?
Hi, having prior work experience is certainly an added advantage, but you can still apply for without work experience depending on the program you are applying for. If you meet the program requirements you can get admission into University of Waterloo. Actually I dont think it's necessary as I myself have been admitted to uWaterloo for winter 24 and I had like only 5 months of experience as a software intern at a small-scale product based company and I believe at the end, it all comes to your CGPA(We have that in Gujarat). I have like 9.43 CGPA and I think that mattered the most.
