Running mostly 4th gear here? What do you think of the X models gearing for mx? I picked one up just a few weeks ago but I've only had the chance to ride trails so far... going into Winter it's going to be tough to get any moto time in until spring :/
Off Road Use Only yeah mostly 3rd and fourth gear I stay in third a bit more because fourth is a little too high for this track but you just have to make sure you rev third out all the way before you shift because it's pretty high, but I like it. the power is really smooth on the track compared to the mx bikes and the suspension is great for me when I'm on the track and when I trail ride.
Joshthesquash17 cool, thanks for the reply. I've been worrying the difference between 3rd and 4th will be to much on the mx track, but I'm sure it'll be fine. I think my local track is actually a little tighter then this one so if anything I'll drop a tooth in the rear and get a little more out of 3rd. Such a killer bike though isn't it? I can't get enough of it haha and yeah the suspension is awesome! check out my channel for a little off road action :) haha
