His poetry is great . I totally agree with him that a poet should have the vast vocabulary. Urdu songs have always been popular in Indian films. It’s easily understandable. Unfortunately, some people do discriminate Urdu because it was mostly adapted by Muslims but the reality is Urdu is the language of Hindustan , it’s birth place in Hindustan.

Great interview - Naqsh Ji had depth of personal character that reflects in his lyrics and poetry. We need more role models like him and we should encourage and reward such talented artists who strive to write for the betterment of society. More often than not, we tend to ignore authentic talent while glorifying the white noise coming from artists whose goals are limited to acquiring personal fame, glory and money. Often the latter genre of artists and their productions drown the good stuff and contribute to degradation of society.
