This is my second favourite concert. Every performance is different in some way so its well worth checking out different versions - including album studio versions.
The most obvious immediate difference here is Kai starting it off, quite different to Jukka.
Floors performance is noticeably more mature. Marco's bass is much more forward in the mix and you can hear his superb tone more clearly (Marco said this was his biggest concert despite Wembley holding 12,500 and the Wacken concert being 82,000. So he was talking about the importance of the venue and I can confirm that Wembley Arena is a great venue for Nightwish - for me it is just the right sort of size to have a good crowd but just a hint of intimacy.)
You commented on the backing vocals and they are actually important but often missed. They tell the whole story of the song, beginning as "If you be the one to cut me, I will bleed forever" but ending as "You were the one to cut me, so I'll bleed forever".
By the way, the first single from the new album is released on Tuesday next week, 21st May and is called "Perfume of the Timeless"
The title of the new album was suggested by Troy.
