You can solve things in exercise mode in Donkey Kong Jr. Math. You have to go to the rope with the bird on the right, the bird will move and the box that was above it will start flashing. Then you can move up and down the rope to change the value and move over to the next rope to lock it in. The bird will keep moving to the next rope you need to go to after you have set a place value. Once you fill all the boxes in and if you got the answer right, the bird on the left will lay an egg that will land next to the round number. If you didn't get it right, things will rewind to the spot where you made your first mistake and once you get it right, the left bird will not lay an egg. Things seem to just freeze after 10 rounds, but you can press select to go to the main menu. Also, I got this game like 20 years ago at a swap meet when I first started to actively try to collect NES games (as opposed to trying to just find games that I would like). I build some pretty good rapport with the people at the stall that I bought games from. When i noticed this game, they told me that it was a pretty rare game and charged me like $50 for it. Looking at Price Charting now, the records don't go back 20 years, but I think the earliest price on there is like $11, so I definitely overpaid for it back in the day, haha. At least now the game now costs more than what I bought it for back then (including inflation).
I could've sworn Mario Teaches Typing was released for the Famicom using the keyboard that came with BASIC, but nope, apparently it was only for DOS, Windows, and Mac. Even if it was, it wouldn't have been an NES game technically.
Actually in 1993, exclusive to PAL regions, was released a more faithful port of the Mario Bros. Arcade game, Mario Bros. Classic, with the enenies demos from the arcade version and better graphics in general, but by no reason this version wasn't had re releases
@@paolonavarro8318 Whoops that's my bad! You're absolutely right, I have the cartridge but haven't reviewed the Mario Bros Classic Serie yet. Sorry about that!
I have to admit I played Mario's Time Machine on the SNES. As an adult. And I enjoyed it.... Anyway, there is a bootleg Super Mario World for the NES which covers up to the first castle, it was okay I guess despite lacking a ton of features of the original SNES version.
Sweet video dude! I was happy to see some love be tossed in Legacy of the Wizard's direction. Mario is Missing is my worse Blockbuster Video rental of all time. Not a fun weekend in the video game department.

Collectors love to talk about how much they waste money on games as opposed to their wife or kids but that’s not a joke. Get your priorities straight. Those games might be fun to collect but 75 bucks on a game you’ll never play Is just a horrible financial choice. Collecting is just organized hoarding. Look up the definition for collection, one of the synonyms is indeed hoard. Sorry I’m a minimalist and only own like 60 things total (yes I count every one of possessions). Life is a lot more freeing without the junk. I’m so glad I got rid of my various collections like games, records, instruments, etc. We work our lives away to buy junk. It’s a horrible existence and that’s from experience. I could buy anything I wanted (practically) but none of it ever made me happy.
It’s absolutely none of your girlfriends business what you spend your money on! I mean, it’s really none of her goddamn business, and the more she acts up the further away she gets from an engagement ring! Arcade

Wow the graphics and animation, like the hat bouncing when Mario jumps, is impressive and really close to SNES game like you said.
there is a rom hack someone made of one of the NES sesame street games that shows Ernie in is birthday suit
WHY?!
@@BigOleWords the hacker never said. i dont remember the name of the hack though cause its been a few years. maybe he's sick in the head or something
Whoa. I completely forgot I had Firehouse rescue when I was little but it was for DOS. I remember having to line up the little ladder to get the cat.
For what it is, it's kinda fun!
SpongeBob: Educational videogames?! OH NO! *WAAAAAAAAH…!!*
Mrs. Puff: I think that stopped him…
Ernie's Big Splash was so damn fun! I unironically loved playing that even into my teens.

The graphics got Time Machine are pretty awesome so I can see how that could translate to a SMW hack for sure.
Great video! I'm still missing some of these...it's a weird feeling hunting for these types of games.
