I think the proper English word is “stitching” not “threading”

Hummmm...I know in the USA it is used interchangeably. Threading / thread is the actual fabric ...color, thickness, length.
Stitching is the process of applying the thread....stitching - the size of depth in diameter, design etc.... my mom sews..I don't but I know the threads of the vintage bag are of such color and the stitching of the threads / threading is a straight stitch. Anyone can chime in, it is appreciated.
