For the shiny stars, I used an effect called Particle World in After Effects.
For the scales, I used an app called Motionleap. I spent like 30 minutes on that.

Para essa animação, usei um efeito chamado PARTICLE WORLD para as estrelinhas brilhando no After Effects, para as escamas, comprei um APP chamado MOTIONLEAP onde ele detecta os padrões de uma foto e vc seleciona a direção para onde quer animar... gastei tipo 30 mins pra fazer tudo...
