The building at the beginning, that is located at the end if "Champ de Mars", opposite the Eiffel Tower, is the temporary Grand Palais ("Grand Palais Éphémère"). It's a wooden structure that temporary replaces the Grand Palais during the 3 years of its renovation works. It opened in 2021 and hosts exhibitions, etc. It will stay there during the Olympics to host wrestling and judo competitions, even though the Grand Palais that it temporary replaced will have reopened right before the games. The real / original Grand Palais will host the fencing and taekwondo competitions, plus several Olympics related events, like the temporary one.
Thanks for sharing that fascinating information about the temporary Grand Palais! It's incredible how it's standing in during renovations and even hosting Olympic events.
Mai I ask you some questions, please? Did you communicate with officials in Paris in French or in English? Can you recommend some hotels which can be more convenient to walk around from hotel to any landmarks without taking a bus or train ? Please
You can communicate with them in English, but it is a good idea to learn a few common French words and use them because French people appreciate your efforts if you show them you try to learn the language. Paris is huge and you will need to use the metro to visit some landmarks. There are many districts to consider staying in and that depends on what you are interested in. If you visit in the summer, pick a hotel that comes with AC because Paris gets so hot in the summer.
Thanks for watching! In case you are interested, you can check out my video of Montmartre district here: th-cam.com/video/xiR10Lfs8pA/w-d-xo.html

@@WandererBell Thank you very much for suggestions
The Bridge(Pont) with the Golden Horses is Pont Alexandre after a Russian leader
You are right and thank you for the correction. The bridge @ 46:23 is Pont Alexandre III and the bridge at @ 47:27 is Pont de la Concorde.
