I was amazed to see what happened to the kink in my back on the right side after doing this routine. Kink is almost gone and I see now that it was the entire right side pulling in a particular direction with a very very very tight right hip flexer. Thank you for this 🎁

WOW!! Once again this fixed the problem. I did two sets back to back because I have been in constant pain for several weeks, especially aggravated with sleeping! Waking up in excruciating pain!! After getting through two sessions of this, the pain is gone!! I was starting to obsess about, omg what if I need a hip replacement, what if I have cancer in my spine??? Etc etc etc!! So much worry!! But you’ve fixed it again, though I must admit I waited too long to revisit this video. Never again! Will be watching others you’ve done as well!! Why not, I may reap other benefits!! Even though i wiggled and woowed my way through this video, by the end it was such joy to feel freer hip flexors. My tight hip flexors and super strong quads has been my reason for so much hip pain that results in my disturbed sleep and severe IBS. Nobody in the medical world told me that over tight muscles in hips and quads can disrupt digestion until my life changing acupuncturist did. I will watch this next time and master the right positioning as this is vital. I need this now in my life. Thank you for a shifted perspective on allowing that release that i crave.

This was amazing! I sit a lot for work and I knew I had issues with my quads but didn’t realize how much work I needed on my hip flexors. I have long term goals of being able to do reclined hero pose and camel pose...two poses my body will it let me do today. This seems like perfect video for me to come back to on a regular basis. When I started yoga - reclined hero and camel were the most challenging poses (due to lots of sitting at a job all day) and I wondered if I would ever open that space.
