Summary: During the Web Technology Forum (www.w3.org/202..., organized by W3C China in June 2023, Deping Li introduced the WebTransport, WebCodecs and WebAssembly technologies of W3C and IETF, compared the differences between WebTransport and other protocols, and explained the WWW-based RTC application's overall architecture, transport specification, server and client SDK architecture, video processing flow, and pros and cons of relevant solutions. Deping also introduced the standardization progress on WebTransport and WebCodecs and how to participate in related work.
