Now i understand why the illusionist had a blank note in his hand and then he hands it to his assistant who plays the role of the random spectator. That move is to convince the person that the folded note is the drawing that he or she made.

Not enough. Assistant should have been in on this while a secret camera pointed at her drawing while footage is sent to magician's hidden lens. Also the pen should have bump effect to let magician feel the drawing while to make sure magician does not fuk up, a duplicate of the sticky note should have been put into magician's pocket in case all of the above methods failed somehow.
