ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response, a feeling some people experience as a result of certain sights and sounds, such as whispering, folding towels and hair brushing. "It is characterised by the tingling of the skin that starts at the crown of the head and works their way down the spine and leads to increased feelings of calm and relaxation."
People are going cray for ASMR videos for their sleep-inducing, de-stressing, and mood-boosting feels. In a new study by the University of Sheffield, it claims "ASMR can have the same physiological and psychological benefits as relaxation techniques such as mindfulness."
Why is ASMR so effective?
We all know how life can sometimes feel a bit stressful, right? Well, ASMR can help us de-stress and increase the likelihood of getting a better night’s sleep (which we all want) thanks to its triggers with bonding behaviours. Although, ASMR benefits aren’t just restricted to the evening or the bedroom. It can be used any time of the day, so say you’re having a stressful day at work, you can take a small break and listen to some sounds or watch videos on TH-cam to help you.

I have a request, can you do the same shape but before you crumble you add water on the top and then crumble it , it would be something new and different

ASMR Crunches Were the cement fumes bad? I read a couple of people said the smell is very toxic and they will not use it anymore.
@@1GEM4U yess I guess they are very bad because I was using them with a mask on my face but still I could smell a very bad fume which was very irritating. So yeah it smells bad.

ASMR Crunches Nah, I’m cool. Just got through reading the effects of breathing in cement dust and cement burns from messing with wet cement. It’s bad enough I did Ajax/Comet videos and had to stop that because of the effects it was having on my family. I’m assuming the fumes are worse with cement. Not trying to add to that. I’ll just watch everybody else do it lol🙂

I have one criticism about your crumbling technique: you hold too much in one hand before you turn it into dust!!! try going for smaller portions. other than that your video is amazing! the production level is simply marvelous. don't think anybody is doing it like you. the camera quality and the sound quality is really top notch!
I would also like to point out that there is no consistency in the crumbling. sometimes you hold too much, sometimes it's just right and sometimes it is too less.
It's not too much. Trust me. Small pieces are less satisfying
And who cares about how much she holds anyway? It's about the sound
