      Malum In Se/Malum Prohibitum
Nothing moral requires authority. Authority is the claim to the exclusive exemption to morality. It is a monopoly on violence. Violence is a violation because it is the initiation of aggression, not self-defense. Offense/defense are ontologically distinct. All crime has a legal equivalent (ie, taxation is extortion).
Every government is founded on Ad Baculum.
      Warren v. District of Columbia
Town of Castle Rock v. Gonzales
      DeShaney v. Winnebago County
      Lozito v. New York City
You are legally compelled via the logical fallacies Ad Populum, Ad Baculum and Ad Verecundiam to pay for protection that they are not legally obligated to provide. That's a mafia.
The highest Abrahamic value is Ignorance of Good and Evil. It's right there in Genesis. You worship Yaldabaoth, God of the Scapegoaters: God blames Man; Man blames Woman; Woman blames Serpent; Serpent blames God, more accurately - the Serpent defines God.

Ritualistic classifying surgery as a means of psychic castration, like circumcision and sub-incision, are hallmarks of patriarchal culture, a demonstration to the young that the venerable old ones still wield the all-powerful knife - and the beginning of transsexualism. Those who do not perform the cult's rite can never enjoy full social status.
Symbols of the castrated member, the tie and bow-tie, are mandatory accoutrements of the political wardrobe and phallic monuments are erected to commemorate the minds conquered long ago. Brute force is no longer necessary.
Legalism is a Language of Equivocations, a process of assimilation to violence and illogic.
      Etymology: government
      Gubernare: to control

      Colere: to inhabit, to till
      Cult: collective mind
      -ure: process of
      civilize, etc.
      Civitas: city
      -ize: to do/to make like
      police, policy, politics, polite
      Polis: city
      authority
      Auctor: master, father, creator
      -ity: quality of
      religion

They lump themselves into a group. They want all the collective praise and none of the collective blame (No True Scotsman). If they were truly concerned for their reputation they wouldn’t wear a uniform. Badges are just snowflakes.
"Everything is metamorphosed into its opposite to perpetuate itself in its expurgated form. All the powers, all the institutions speak of themselves through denial, in order to attempt, by simulating death, to escape their real death throes. [...] For example: it would be interesting to see whether the repressive apparatus would not react more violently to a simulated holdup than to a real holdup. Because the latter does nothing but disturb the order of things, the right to property, whereas the former attacks the reality principle itself." - Jean Baudrillard (Simulacra & Simulation - 1981)
      "I am a cosmopolitan." - Diogenes
"If I could not be Alexander, I should wish to be Diogenes." - Alexander the Great
"A man is no less a slave because he is allowed to choose a new master once in a term of years." - Lysander Spooner (No Treason: Constitution of No Authority - 1867)
"Leadership in government is political power, and political power is an official form of antagonizing the people. Politics are rules imposed upon the people. They have every man in a straight jacket and without a passport he cannot move a toe. In a free world, they violate the natural rights of every citizen. They have become the weapons of political despots and if you don't think as they think you're deprived of your passport." - Michael Chaplin as Rupert Macabee (A King in New York - 1957)
"Imagine, if you will, a world filled only with criminals of whom there are two classes: those too honest to rationalize their crimes and the powerful who scapegoat them." - Rod Serling

@@matthewronssonI agree-- I went rural a few years ago-- lived in what became Bobo's district overnight. Every local election, Glops would introduce 'new' candidates for county commissions or sherrif, school boards, city council or police chief, etc-- as if we couldn't connect the dots. (plenty didn't). They had recruited 'troubled' officers, one of whom was viral due to beating up an old woman elsewhere and laughing about a gruesome detail at the station-- running for Police Chief... There's a Reason in this underbelly tactic-- they're arming for a 'righteous' war, and need sherrifs and enforcers who are willing to Defy the law, when and if they can take over. School Boards that defy teaching reality, Sherrifs that enforce laws 'selectively', and commissioners who direct favors to the old guard... Imagine the collective power in any state, of dozens of remote counties having been engineered this way, now infecting statehouses... aaand now I sound like a conspiracy theorist 😂... but it has happened-- and we're dealing with the chaos now. I only said the word conspiracy, because I saw a whitewashed lesson plan for young Republicans 15 years ago-- It wasn't entitled 'How to take over your Government', and didn't imply nefarious or dangerous actions... but did engage them with arguments for anything from abortion rights to religious 'freedoms' and gun control. Literally teaching them the Words and Phrases to use, when confronted with evidence. Kinda like the Police Union, huh?

I think this web is far more tangled than anybody realizes. I went to the city hall meeting last night, not much really happened though there were a lot of big cameras and mic booms on hand set up and recording. The City of Plum Grove has a lot of issues going on right now, lots of agendas at play. Who is right and who is wrong, difficult it is to tell these days. 😕

In the business world, the magic question you always ask when you always call their previous employers "are they eligible for rehire?" That is one of the few things they can disclose about a bad former employee. It stems from multiple lawsuits where a criminal act by an employee was hidden by a previous employer and then repeated with the new employer. There should be a formal requirement for a Police Department to identify if a officer that worked for them is eligible for rehire.

So, he, a veteran officer who happened to be between jobs at the time and had an interest in a certain case, is alleged to have been sent police reports from a female officer. This seems like something that could be administratively allowed by a supervisor. These cops may have been dirty, but this case is pretty weak.

It is super expensive to get rid of these kind of cops. They love to sue. My aunt was one of them. I think she sued two different cities for wrongful termination and gender discrimination. The sad thing is that she recieved money from both claims in settlements. She is a fat sad lady that has filed for bankruptcy at least once. I feel ashamed that she is related to me.

@jamesr2888 Absolutely, I stay away from her like the plague. If I even hear through the grapevine that she has been in my part of the state, I make sure to check my bank statements and the locks on my doors. Bad things happen wherever she goes. Luckily, I have not seen her in 6 years. If I am lucky, it will be the rest of her life. I do feel bad that there are people who have to deal with her wherever she is. I am sure she is mooching off someone or the government somewhere.

@Look_What_You_Did Yep. My family tree seems to bear two types of fruit. About half the family are hard working, pay our taxes, and have moderately successful types. The other half hates work, is generally lazy, filed for bankruptcy at least once, abuses some substance. Some branches are all one type, and others are a mix. I have even seen it skip generations. I am guessing there is some sort of mental defect that runs through the family. I am likely a mild case or a carrier due to the fact that I am in the moderately successful half.
