Some good books are “letting go of anger” figure out what type of anger you have.. “the dance of anger”and “ the intimacy dance”by Harriet learner. Also a cognitive behavioural therapy book called “feeling good” there’s a workbook version. This is a great book if you’ve never heard of it! “The artist way”is also a great book, talks about the inner child a lot. These books set me on my path to actually seeing my worth and changing thoughts/feelings and just becoming such a better version of myself. I hope this helps.
