Hi Great Video, but how do I find the actual addresses from the lights, or what numbers do the light have to be set to, to make them change colour. i.e Fixture1, how do the faders 1-4 programme the seperate coloures, if that makes sense, any help will be valuable thanks

It's all about setting the DMX address on the fixture. EG: fixture 1, on this particular board, is assigned to DMX Address 1. FIxture 2 is assigned to DMX address 17, so you'd set the address on the actual device to the desired fixture you want it assigned to, then the faders go from there in sequencial order.

Gerad, I just bought one of these and I really appreciate the videos. I have a question though. I cannot get the tap sync to work...... I followed all of the directions in the above video, but for some reason every time I try to set the tap tempo, it adds a fade time to it and the timing is way off. What am I doing wrong?
When you tapped the tap sync button it instantly followed you, but every time I do it it goes into this funky fade and only changes scenes every two seconds or so. It's as if the fade time slider is overriding what I tap into it.

The tap tempo is measured by beats, not bars, so if you want something done very slowly, you would have to tap for every bar of the music, but if you want it more faster paced, tap it to the beat, and you have to make sure you push it in sequences of 4 taps or more to get it right. Adjust the master faders to increase/reduce the transition time.

Great instructions. Thank you. How do you delete a scene and or a chase? I know how to reset the board but I just want to remove 1 jacked up scene and start fresh there. Also do you have any “movers” scene and chases. Thanks in advance

How do you program it so you can have the lights fade in for scene 2 and fade out for scene 3?

You can't with this board unless you do some kind of chase manipulation, which I never got into.

god information !!! i just have one question if i turn of my ovey40 and put it away for a few days when turned back on does it keep the chase or banks that i had programed or has to star over again.thanks

When I turn off fixtures 2 the lamp is automatically turning off. What happen?

if you're not in program mode, when you turn on and off fixtures, it will override the hase or scene settings. So, if you have nothing saved in fixture 2 for that chase or scene, you will not get anything. However, if you're in program mode, you will be able to save your setting and go work on another fixture. HOpefully this helps.
