Great Video, I love that your bride is with you on this archery event. You mention flat lander in the first video, did either of you suffer from altitude sickness?

Thanks for watching! It was definitely fun to do together. Thankfully we did not. We made sure to drink lots of water, but we did still get winded easily. These events were not too bad in terms of altitude, but TAC is going back to Snowbird this year and I have heard that one can be rough. Regardless, we turned out just fine!

You are going to have a blast! We ended up staying in an Airbnb close to the resort. There are quite a few available around there because everything is in place for the busy ski season. There was also a parking lot that quite a few people camped in, which would be a nice free option as well.

Excellent video. Your wife is a good shooter. If I could offer you a small shooting tip, it would be that your grip (on inaccurate shots) is torquing the bow resulting in inaccuracy. Instead of placing your entire palm (from top to bottom) flat against the riser, push against the Riser between the thumb and forefinger and hold firm with the top of your palm. Your top two fingers should gently touch the front of the riser. In other words, the bottom of your hand doesn’t need to be flat and pushing against the Riser and torquing the bow. Anyway, I hesitate to say anything because you are a good shooter. Try that and see what you think. We are all trying to get better!

How long did the yeti course take you two? Any tips for anyone going for their first time goers?

Great question! I think on this day it took about 3 hours, but that was because we had quite a bit of waiting due to slower groups in front of us. My biggest tip for a first timer is be confident! Go out and have fun and don't take it too seriously. You will probably lose arrows and see people that may be intimidating but you deserve to be out there shooting and having fun just like everyone else. Hope it goes well for you!
