i dont think they use homemade icing , but if you use a normal buttercream / white flour icing , you usually just whip it for about 5 extra minutes or until its very full of air to get that texture (i recommend using a electric beater instead of hands and fork , unless you want noodle arms :) )
Can't imagine the amount of ingredients I need for all desserts, and the dishes I need to wash afterwards.😅
