71 years on this earth. Ten books (at least) and probably 10 times as many articles dealing with this concept consumed over those years. 1 twelve minute video finally did the trick. Thank you so much.
I wish allllll the children who are starting to learn about these terms, watch this video!! They will never have any confusion from the very beginning.
THANK YOU, THANK YOU! for the explanation at 7:00 every explanation I found everywhere else about DNA and Chromosome is missing this important part, that DNA is chunked in chromosomes. They all talk about one continuous strand of DNA then introduce Chromosomes which are SO confusing
Very well explained. But again got confused between DNA and genome. Can we say genome is superset which includes DNA info from all the two different sources? I'm not computer engineer Mam...😊
Is the DNA inside the cell of my heart the same as the DNA inside the cell of my pancreas ? Or each organes have their own DNA ? For exemple in the cells of my pankreas there should be a gene which will code the insulin, this gene which codes the insulin should not be present in the cells of my heart. Am I right ?
Hi, Madam....I was reading an article in scientif American, stumbled upon terms like genome, chromosome , Gene...It was confusing all the time... But after going through the video, it really helped me understand....If I have any doubts ..Could ask questions relating to Genetics here?
Hi Arun. Glad to know that video helped you clear these terms. I do have few videos on genetics. Do check out the genetics playlist and see if you find what you are looking for. Any other doubts you can submit it on www.nowiknow.co.in contact section. 😊
Thank you for the feedback Anupriya. Did you try with headphones on? I will make sure from next video it has higher volume. But for now use headphone with maximum volume in computer/phone and max vol in TH-cam. Hope it helps 😇

Best ever explanation! I feel like many people talk and talk about this but really do not get it. Even those who pass science courses.
Excellent explanation. I was doubtful at first, but by the end, I got a decent understanding of DNA, chromosomes, and Genome 😊
Honestly the best video about this topic I've seen. Thank you :)
In genetics right now for college, and cleared up a lot for me, thank you so much!
