There’s a TH-cam scam going around at the moment asking you to text them on Telegram. I’ll never ask you to do that. It’s not me. You’ll know it’s me in the replies because I have the verified tick next to my name, like with this post.
Even if you do not really play FM, which it is so much fun, you still will love watching Kev. The drama, the joy, the crushing sadness when it goes soooo wrong.
Kev, Connor Carty is a Bolton player, and he is absolutely insane in the save I’ve done. After about 5 years he was banging them in for us in the championship, GET HIM PERMANENTLY!
I signed Brown-Sterling for Chester. Made a promising start, but then tried playing him with a partner which failed. Now gone back to one up top as pressing forward with early, whipped crosses, and that has turned the tide. Love the series Lollujo! Best of luck, mate.
Literally taking a trip down the A47 Kev! Brings back some childhood memories of living down that way, played in the Posh youth set up fir 7 years Dave Booth, Mark Lawrenson and Chris Turner era’s… good times! EDIT Maniche is going to be a joy!
OMG! Ponticelli actually went to KLT for real!! I signed him up in FM22 when I did a KLT save. Even more bizzarely in the 22/23 season. Paid 5 grand to get him off Wrexham. He didn't last. Two seasons later he walked out on a free as I wasn't playing him enough (he wasn't scoring enough!). However, Bolton, Denton, Clunan, Jones, and of course, the legend Zain Walker (who I eventually sold to Luton for 500K!). Barret (I sold for 125k), Widdringtron (free), Okeowo (released him, never played a game for me). So still quite a few left in KLT from last season.
Love Conor Carty. He was the best scorer for the first few seasons of my Dulwich Hamlet save in FM22. He peaks around League 2, but he’s a star in Non-League.
You can absolutely stop apologising for asking for likes man - you deserve them, a little prompt to give the series a boost is absolutely fine and you deserve all the likes you’re receiving. It’s top stuff, keep it up
Good evening, Kev. I did my own NLTL last year and started as Spennymoor: Glen Taylor is the best striker in the league and will get 30 goals a season. If you can afford him by any means, do so! He's 32, but a big tall poacher with great finishing. I think him and Maniche together in the 4-4-1-1 will be perfect to see.
Lions FC is actually a club close to where I live in Australia! They play in the NPL QLD, which is the highest non league division in the state of QLD. Each state has their own version of an NPL. Loins are one of the best teams in our top state league too!
Here's a little not-needed-to-know something about Maniche. It is his 'Artist name' and he took it from and old Danish player by the name of Michael Manniche (Striker/Target man), who played for SL Benfica 4 years (83-87) as I recall it
I was doing a Kidderminster journey men, which is in the same league as petersborugh, and i Maniche on loan for a season and he was the top goal scorer with 38 goals in one season and we got promoted first season in. Maniche is a hero
🎵🎶 His name's Peter Crook and he's stealing a livin', The crosses he flaps and the shots he's a spillin', He's not worth a bean - how's he earning a shillin'? His name's Peter Crook and he's stealing a livin'!🎵🎶
Kev, CHANGE TACTICS! You've got one decent CB with plenty of cover at full back? Play a 3 at the back, wide defenders on defend who are your backup FBs, and either wing-backs or straight up wingers. Drop back the D-Line to protect against the balls over the back and it should help balance the way the squad is made up until the end of the season when you can bring in players you want for your beloved 4-3-3.
Kev, I think a good compliment to Gash up top on support is Maniche as a shadow striker behind him. He can also stay as a SS behind Brown-Sterling when he's playing as a pressing forward. You can get some good versatility out of your attack with a 4-4-1-1 I think.
I started a national league save with scarborough a few weeks ago & managed to get to league 1 so far but the scheduling of that National league north is wild. Dont have a game for a week then play 4 games in like 9 days 😂 also peterborough sports were a massive pain in the arse for me, especially Maniche
Had Carty in a King’s Lynn save in fm20. In national league he was my backup striker and he scored 18 and assisted 11 in a season (unfortunately for him my main striker scored 42) but he was only 18 and my main st was only in on loan so I figured he would be in the starting 11 next year. Well next season I signed 2 five star strikers for free and Carty unfortunately never got his chance. It would be nice to see him develop to his full potential in this series.
The new one is bitter sweet, I just spent 22 doing a save with Scarborough athletic after waiting for a database for below the national leagues got them all the way to the prem and champions league now their in the game proper with kits and everything do I do it again lol
Kev I played 2 seasons with Peterborough sports in the beta Maniche doesn’t get a work permit for season 2 ... I kept him however by selling him and getting a loan back
Add the trial players to your shortlist and then ask assistant to suggest to current position for each position and that will put them into the squad planner 💪
playing for lower league side its probably best to play basic 442 or 4411, plus go direct. BTW I think the match animation is much better than FM22 and FM21
Yeah that chested control is something you didn't see in FM22. Like players with a weak first touch will let the ball bounce off their feet every single time.🤣
No one is going to mention Kev dropping to balanced in the first game? I didn't even think those options existed in his version of the game :D Next thing you know he'll be taking a cautious mentality against bigger clubs in the FA Cup or something crazy. Was this a subtle call for help sir?
I am three seasons in and i just resigned and moved to southport. I found someone you might find interesting for this save. His name is Max Woltman and in 4 and a half stars with some good stats. I am 3 seasons in btw and he is 20 in my save.

Did you pay for the tick?🤣
Maniche has no business scoring that goal! :O
This goal could easily compete with the best goals of the year in ANY League.
That was an amazing finish
WHAT. A. GOAL. You know the one if you've watched. Insane.
Even if you do not really play FM, which it is so much fun, you still will love watching Kev. The drama, the joy, the crushing sadness when it goes soooo wrong.

Watched him in the reserves for us, and yes, he is looking like he'll become a handful for defenders in League One this season already.
New to FM after years of Fifa boy is there so much to learn. its nice to watch someone else play lol
Carty is a channel legend I think from the Bourne save.
I dont think its a coincidence that the letters of Maniche's name can be rearranged to "Machine". Crazy hit!
I signed Brown-Sterling for Chester. Made a promising start, but then tried playing him with a partner which failed. Now gone back to one up top as pressing forward with early, whipped crosses, and that has turned the tide.

Love that Lawlor tackle. Ref was harsh carding him for that, barely a foul. More a murder.

As they say in hockey, the post is the goalie's best friend

"Is it Gash o'clock?" I have a feeling there'll be plenty of these as the season goes on.
Never go full non league. A tropic thunder reference wasn’t what I was expecting whilst watching today 😂
12:37 Goal of the season with only half a dozen games played. "Scoring goals, that's Maniche" - him

What a strike from Carty in the second game.

That goal was one of the best I've ever seen in FM.

Funny that 😄
I think it is past time for a Blyth Spartans save, since you've seen them live so much.
Up the spartans
A topless kev screaming "this is SPARTANS" would be an amazing intro (once) 😂
“Is it Gash’ o clock?” Has to be my favourite Kevism from this.
24:15 proper non-league tackle that
I think we are all going to fall in love with Maniche!

A friend told me Luke Trotman was the guy that appeared on love island

i somehow love this manager games, even though i dont understand a single thing thats going on because there is so much information on every page
Kev: Complains about turnover in nonleague.
Later Kev: Replaces half of the team in the summer transfer window.
A right back that can play right midfield - Teddy Bloor! Always been a hero for me!
That's legit one of the best goals I've ever seen on FM
Slowly catching up on the series. Enjoying it.
Love Kev reminiscing about previous channel legends, whilst ignoring Conor Carty's status as a former Lollujo great

Loving the Bolton connection there with Carty. He's a great little player too!
"Gash o'clock" - There goes the family friendly tag 😂😂
The new one is bitter sweet, I just spent 22 doing a save with Scarborough athletic after waiting for a database for below the national leagues got them all the way to the prem and champions league now their in the game proper with kits and everything do I do it again lol
Conor Carty led my FC United from VNN to league one in FM 22, what a player!!
Big up Conor Carty 🇮🇪 dunlavin native ❤
I signed Connor carty for my Hereford save. He's getting getting £200 a week off me though 🤣🤣🤣 cracking striker so far 5 games played 8 goals for me.
I'm expecting to witness Kev declaring his love for Maniche on Saturday I'm so glad I wasn't going to mention Gash 🤣
Johnson didn't do a diving header at the end, he did a collapse of exhaustion and accidentally hit the ball header.
Not sure if he's said it on this episode, but I'm certain Kev has had Connor Carty in a past non-NL2L save, Bourne maybe?
Is It Gash O'clock???? Gonna use that line on the misses later!!!
Enjoying the vids as usual thnx.
Blyth Spartans are my local and I go watch them sometimes funny how everyone’s noticing them now😂
Blyth Spartans just reminds me of that video of the Birmingham fans abusing their goalie
Can you sign Endrick?
If he comes up on the scout reports 😉
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 he is not coming anywhere near Peterborough. Maybe in 10 seasons if he comes up in the scout reports, and kev is at a champions league team.
@@King_Cova if you don’t think he’ll come anywhere near Peterborough, you should come to twitch 👀
@@freddiefindlow8290
And on the twitch save he is in a champions league team. You should really think about what was said 😜
I got him for my West Ham side- looking forward to some green number porn!
Hello, recently discovered you and i like your content a lot. Cheers from Málaga(Spain).
Kev I played 2 seasons with Peterborough sports in the beta Maniche doesn’t get a work permit for season 2 ... I kept him however by selling him and getting a loan back
Very happy this is back!
Maniche, the absolute mad lad
Can’t wait to keep up with this series!
Welcome to the Knighthood club Maniche!
King's Lynn had a massive squad turnover when they went full-time
I tune in for the “goodness me.” This needs to be on a shirt!!😂😂
Play a diamond, gash and carty up top with maniche in behind. I’m using a diamond in the conference and it’s working great
Carty scored 52 for me in my buxton save, youve got a good one there
Add the trial players to your shortlist and then ask assistant to suggest to current position for each position and that will put them into the squad planner 💪
getting there Big Kev. ... good signings !!
playing for lower league side its probably best to play basic 442 or 4411, plus go direct. BTW I think the match animation is much better than FM22 and FM21
4411 is MVP tactic, especially for lower leagues.
Lawler taking no prisoners 🤣🤣
That second Maniche goal 😮
Keep up the solid work!
Kings lynn right back luke trotman was on love island one year
Comment of appreciation for this series :)
I appreciate the politeness when asking for likes 👍
Brackley Town up next.. Come on you Saints!
That aussie went back to a non league australian team. Kind of impressed the game has the IQ to do that.
carty is a legend from the bourne save
Blyth are the team im currently using on FM :)
That can be your starting team next year Blyth Spartans
A legend is born indeed!
Yeah that chested control is something you didn't see in FM22. Like players with a weak first touch will let the ball bounce off their feet every single time.🤣
I started a save with banbury and damn they have nearly no players and almost no wage budget left to sign anyone
Another great episode loving it
Hopefully carty can bag some goals. From a Bolton fan :)
must be nice having a sheriff in the centre of the midfield lol
God, I love these series!!!
Kev has become a button clicker 😱😱😱😱😱
Michael Coulson player of the week, up the Boro! Seadogs Seadogs Seadogs
I'm from Blyth I'd love you to manage Blyth Spartans in the game at some point
This is brilliant, love nltl
Kev promote and sell your channel likes it really makes a difference i can be dozing and forget and a little reminder does us no harm
Luke Trotman of Love Island fame
Kev will be playing a diamond formation in the next episode.
You heard it here first.
No one is going to mention Kev dropping to balanced in the first game? I didn't even think those options existed in his version of the game :D Next thing you know he'll be taking a cautious mentality against bigger clubs in the FA Cup or something crazy. Was this a subtle call for help sir?
Here's a comment for the old algo
Keep it up kev
Is this Maniche any relation to the former BBC presenter?
Red Card !!!! WTF.... the player was clearly diving 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Both strikers are Bolton trained.
What on earth could go wrong?
I am three seasons in and i just resigned and moved to southport. I found someone you might find interesting for this save. His name is Max Woltman and in 4 and a half stars with some good stats. I am 3 seasons in btw and he is 20 in my save.
