I've been healing from Betrayal trauma since March. I've worked really hard on myself, gone through therapy, and doing many things to let go of old patterns. Just when i think I'm nearly over it, something happened to trigger a week long spiral downward, but I'm healing it and letting it go. I deserve a wonderland life with a honest loving partner and I'm going to keep healing and keep moving forward because it is coming. May not be tomorrow or next week, but I'm going to live my life and live myself and do what i need to do to make my life better and dreams come true. 😮I'm all a loss here. It may just not be my reading this time. No worries. I haven't met him yet.
