Pmsl ur walking speech got me singing "To the window, To the wall...." 🤣 My stepdad practically trained me on making cuppas when i was in school. If i made him & me mam a cuppa he'd giz a lift to school so i didnt have to get the bus or walk, not bad deal tbh 😂 i started off crap (like dishwater apparently) practice makes perfect; water in first with the teabag leave it a bit, put the milk in stir it, if too light squeeze the bag against the side of the cup with spoon, stir & squeeze til it gets a bit more colour 😆 Me & the bf have both been taking femceive from Holland & Barrett to see if helps with conception cos reviews were good, nowt so far BUT I'd be taking pregnacare anyway so take these instead, im sure they'll be doing some good 😏😪😅 Were the lumps not hives? One of my friends sometimes gets them if he's stressed or anxious. xx

It's when someone wants to feed you homemade chocolate cake and sausage rolls, knowing you're trying to be strict it gets difficult. Try and get plenty of sleep and drink lots of water.

Fay! 😊 I am so curious about IVF and was wondering why just 1 stone? Don’t they need people in the healthy BMI range for maximum hopes of success? Is big Steve also joining you on your quest? I really hope so! I bet the support of you both eating the same way and working out together would help keep you in track and motivated. The focus is always on the woman’s, age, health, weight etc but I assume a man’s excess weight also impacts fertility but you never hear about that! 😂
Hey, so it’s one stone to meet the clinics criteria, would obviously be better if I lost more but I’ll continue to eat healthy exercise but IVF can unfortunately be unsuccessful what ever your size. Steve is like a personal trainer for me at the moment which really helps, he’s a lot fitter than me etc. A man’s sperm just needs to be good and when Steve’s test came back it was above average which was great news. Sounds like you have seborrheic dermatitis. I get this and it can also got across your neck, top of your shoulders and chest. Get yourself done Nizoral shampoo Faye. You can get it in the chemist and Tesco sell it. Sometimes tge doctor will prescribe it if you're lucky. You have to make sure you read the instructions so it works effectively. I also have a mild steroid cream for mine, but see how you go. I used to get this as a teenager and then it stopped and now the menopause has started it has flared up again, so I put it down to hormones!
