Thank you for posting this screencast. I have been given a set of chrome books to use in the math class. Over the past year and a half I have struggled to make using them meaningful. You have given me inspiration.
Thanks for this video! I'm beginning to do some research on Google Classroom so that I can implement it next school year and this video has given me some great ideas!
Just a quick suggestion I noticed from the snapshot of Alyssa Starr's work. To save kids from resizing their images, creating a table in your google doc for them to insert their image into will automatically resize them to what you want to see, instead of inserting into the text portion of the page.
Thanks so much for posting this. Now that I'm going to be teaching online due to the coronavirus, I'm scrambling to find the best way to gather student work!
You can use the add on feature in forms, I've had my district allow Math type also watch the video on how to use codecogs.com, it's a little different than what the video shows but you can still download the equations, expressions then upload them. TH-cam using codecogs with forms.
I linked Quizizz to my google classroom they have an equation editor quizizz.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360030996231-Creating-equations-and-formulas-with-the-math-editor
