The activity bar comes off easy and now that my daughter is 7 months old we still don’t use the bar.

The screws won't fit in the trey on the bottom when you're connecting them I don't know what to do site there too long and they said they're smaller ones but there's there was there was only six big screws

I’m having issues avoiding pinches while puting the tray on. If her fingers are corralled the 360 play area slides off. Any suggestions on how to keep in all intact and keeping little fingers out?

I somehow missed this notification. However, I've just been sliding baby in and out without taking the tray on and off. Takes a little bit of skillfull baby angling but it's easier than the alternative. We love this product and use it daily.
