they need to put their arms and bellies away i CAN'T COPE 😭😭😭🤭 this song is literally so perfect, everything from the instrumentals, the vocals/rap, the set, the styling etc. INSANEEE
Fun fact: The song "Sonogong" is named after the Korean version of the legendary character Son Goku (Japanese) or Sun Wukong (Chinese), who is the protagonist of the original Chinese tale "Journey to the West." The famous creator of Dragon Ball, Akira Toriyama, drew inspiration from this story to create his manga series. The song's lyrics and choreography are filled with allusions to both the anime and the original tale. For instance, they reference iconic items from the series such as the Nimbus Cloud and the Power Pole. Additionally, the dance moves and lyrics contain hand gestures for the famous Kamehameha and Spirit Bomb techniques. The lyrics also feature the line "Feels like I turned into Sonogong," which gives listeners the sensation of transforming into Goku, or going Super Saiyan, as the English title of the song is called "Super." Overall, "Sonogong" is a well-crafted song that pays tribute to the beloved anime series while also incorporating elements from the original story.
Sun Wukong(spell in Chinese) is a character in "the Journey to the West", one of the four great classic Chinese novels. The magnificent arrangements really fits the character and the Chinese culture in particular. Love it!!!
@@ghost_nunya nah its also right, the song both reference the original sun wukong and son goku from dragonball (hence the two finger teleport power sign on the head and other stuff)
@@blackbear7624 HAHAHA fax tho. Jun and Minghao may have pitched the sun wukong idea (btw that was my whole childhood) and maybe woozi related it to dragonball... we love our nerds
This song scratched something in my brain that a lot of songs haven’t been reaching lately but I think Dino bias wrecked me the came Woozi like why would they do this??😭‼️

@@madguy881 it’s more than that actually; yes they make references to dbz, but they are also making references to what dbz was based off of. the anime was inspired by the tale Journey to the West, where the protagonist has different translations for their name. In japanese it’s Son Goku, in mandarin it’s Sun Wukong, and in korean it’s Sonogong.
@@lenjoyer I know all of that, I freaking read Jorney to the west and that's not the point. You probably don't even know that in the lyrics they say: This is the ending song of this "anime".
@@madguy881yes i did know that was in the lyrics, but you’re missing my point bro😭 they’re referencing both works in their own country’s/language’s version

They should've said it son goku... not son ogong...
son goku is the japanese translation of his name. It wouldn’t make sense to use the japanese translation since the whole song is in korean lol
@@lenjoyer they singing about "Japanese animation" and nobody in the world don't call goku as son ogong lol
