thanks for sharing an unfiltered view of your home. Respect for running the household without a helper. It sets a good example for children, on how to be independent, and not take easy way out all the time.
Thank you for the high praise. Yes, I'm without helper so cleanliness standards are low and late night dish washing sucks. But hey more independence =)
Hello Josh. Thanks for sharing. I have only admiration for you. You are a rare breed. One with lots of integrity and sincerity in your sharing in financial advice etc..
Good sharing. Different people different take, personally I lived in a 5 room HDB all my life. And one of my considerations, is space. If I ever live in a condo as a family home, or even if as an investment (if I intend to stay for 5, 10 years or more, my primary goal will be it needs to be good size. I will hesitate to spend 1.5 million to get a condo smaller than a 4 room HDB. Life is short, I don’t want to compromise myself/family or feel uncomfortable living in cramped space, unless it is necessary. Seen many people getting small condos space.
Thanks for sharing your amazing home. Regardless of different nationalities, l truly respect and salute you as an exemplary role model. In my country, Malaysia, my double storey landed properly costs around SGD200k only. It is so spacious that l cannot afford to furnish it completely. However, even in Malaysia, we look for cheap and reliable furniture.

Hello Uncle Josh. Is this a re-post? Very sure I have seen this video before, or there is a glitch in the Matrix? Anyhow, the handle on the door is easy to replace. Just need a screw driver.
There’s a reason for the repost. There are scam impersonator groups now stealing my pictures to impersonate. And it’s frightening. I realized the old video reveals my kids and my location. I’ve cleaned it up and refreshed it. Hope it explains. For anyone reading, if you happen to know where I stay, keep to yourself 👌🏻🙏
Thanks for the tour....no offense, u could have probably gotten a 5 rm HDB at half the price...1 rm for u & yr wife, 1 rm for yr kids, then the 2 other rms can be rented out for passive income....or 1 rm dedicated as a workspace for yrself....& u would have cleared yr mortgage faster (or even by now) as well
@@520chris Erm yeah /sarcasm....that's why Mr Loo stay HDB & has landed in Msia...must be damn fking poor according to yr dumb logic...u need to learn the true "intrinsic value" of things
1.2m but this is such a small space, everything feel so budget. Might be better to have stayed in an HDB. Typical sandwich income level dichotomy in Singapore. Too poor to buy a comfortable condo but don’t want to stay in HDB . gotta choose one bro . 2 br won’t make much capital appreciation , low demand in market, also cannot scale family size. Always get a 3BR, condo or HDB.
It is god damn messy but I don’t this is not very constructive 😜 So I gonna give you some 2 cents worth. 1) First of all, can you get more ikea boxes and shelf. Pack it up now!! 2) bedsheets and pillow colors to be matching and fold properly! Even I as a messy person cannot accept your standard. 3)you need a good laundry rack or something to keep your hangers and hang your swimming stuff Even the toilet floor starts to crystalize because constant moisture. Omg, but kudos to your courage to share. My wife would probably kill me for doing this. Haha.

Early 30s =)
Is your computer room coverted from a balcony? If yes, how did you do it?
It’s cut from living room. No balcony
Hi Josh, can share what's the make and model of the mic? Is it treating you well? Like to get one too if it's good.

No la no need offense.
I will be buying a second property when it’s the right time. The chess moves are planned for it
2 bedder 1.2m is cheap already. How can u even compare HDB with pte condo?

Hi, I am a middle-age female, I learnt to change my bedroom door knob by checking youtube videos, you can do it!😉
haha okok
What is the size of this 2-bedder condo of yours?
Less than 1200 sqft
Hmm why not just get 4rm resale hdb or just upgrade to a 3br condo? You have lots in equities/cash can just liquidate some to upgrade
Need to make the right chess moves :)
2 bedroom condo?

Well said.
Josh sold his old HDB recently. I am sure he will buy a 3BR condo or bigger soon. this condo will become his investment property lor.
May I know the location of your condo?
