A lady with 10 cats opens the door strong smell of ammonia. Another one cats and dogs shit and piss everywhere. I always wear shoe covers she said you don't have to wear them. I was like yes I do these are new shoes.
Worst one for me was a hoarders home in DC. For one houses in DC are pretty much townhouse and very small with tight spaces to walk around on. And having all there shit lying around it was horrible. But man the smell now that was the worst. Smelled like straight up vomit mixed with piss. To this day I still remember that awful smell. Its engrave into me.

Did an install the other day and there was a family of skunks living in the crawl space. Smelled god awful. Told the home owner and they said “oh that’s what I smell all the time” like bro I’m gagging in your basement how do you live here?
Company my dad works for has client that has low income housing and my dad was working on the furnace in one of the houses and went to his truck to get something. Came back and there was a kid shitting 💩 infront of the furnace 😂 they have maintenance guys so my dad called the head guy he dead’s with and he was laughing so hard.
That house is nothing compared to what I have seen in So. Fl. Dated a girl that managed foreclosures for banks so she had to inspect and make a report. I saw houses that had been lived in for months without utilities. Black mold all over. Toilets used without water. People had kids staying in rooms with black walls covered in mold. We are a melting pot down here but calling it as I see it. The worst foreclosures without close seconds were from Haitians. Different kind of people.
