    Hi Cindy, I love scalloped potatoes! Did you use gluten-free flour since you mentioned in the beginning that your husband is gluten-intolerant? Let me know. I have friends who are GF and would like recipes to play around with when entertaining them.

      @@maries1381 also you can use any thickener so cornstarch works great or tapioca flour works great as well as they’re both thickeners

      @@cindylamcuisine Thank you Cindy. Yes I have used cornstarch and have made tapioca flour to make great little cheese rolls. I have been wanting to purchase a gluten free flour to try but have hesitated ... I guess I wanted a recommendation from someone who cooks and has tried it. I appreciate your time in responding and I'm enjoying your videos! Cheers ~marie
