Melatonin supplementation has been working well for me. Learning about melatonin degradation as we age and the multitude of benefits of this hormone. Has been pretty mind-blowing to learn all this and life changing

Love the sleep pressure factor, also consider correlation to sugar spikes and digestive cycles. 🙏

Yeah a lot of people have mentioned eating at consistent times. I've already done that so I don't notice any changes (unless I'm really hungry at night for some reason)

A very important reminder. I've read the book last year and applied it successfully for some months but got lazy this year.

Didn't see the book you mentioned in the description, so here it is for anyone interested: "Breath: The New Science of a Lost Art" by James Nestor. I actually saw your recommendation for the book on Discord and finished it a few days ago. I highly recommend it-it was very insightful. In addition to what you spoke about regarding proper breathing techniques, the effects of increased carbon dioxide in the bloodstream were particularly fascinating. Thanks for the great video!

What? Isn’t breathing through your nose what most people do, at least when they are awake and not exercising or talking? 🤔

Yes, but consciously doing it all the time - especially when sleeping - is critical

@@ryzikx It seems strang to me. When I got the cold and can't breathe through my nose at night when I'm going to sleep then it creates some anxiety over suffocating. It doesn't at all feel normal for me to breathe through the mouth, it is only when I talk or become breathless, out of breath or what you call it in English, after exercise or walking fast, in stairs et cetera.
