They may be able to suggest the best way to reprocess or re-render it to cure the issue. Maybe running it through some video software and just rerendering might fix the issue. Might also be an international conversion issue. For the record, playing back with Firefox 95.0.2 USA.

i need help to integrate my woo-commerce api with my shipper api, so that the shipper receives data on new orders (once complete) so they can do the pick up and deliver. the webhook didn't work logs says 401 unauthorized all the time. and my shipper says i need to have the same template (format) as the one he provided.
