Very well spoken 👏 👌. I am Kenyan with my mum being half Tanzanian and I lived in Uganda 7yrs.Most of this is true.
1.Kenyan ladies don't entertain nonsense kabisaa ,very smart and entrepreneurial 😅.Kitchen not so good like Tanzanians maybe the ones from coastal Kenya. The late Chris Kirubi a Kenyan tycoon once said if you want to be rich marry a Kenyan but if you want submission go to Uganda and Tanzania you will be pampered 🤣🤣🤣.
2.Ugandan women are nice but you can't joke with the Notherners like the Karamojong women they will just beat you up 🤣🤣🤣
3.Tanzanians on point the waist shaking 👌 apart from wachaga 🙈 they are similar to Kikuyu women wanatafuta hela na biashara .
Kenyans used to say if your husband goes to Uganda or Tanzania forget him he won't be back. 🤣🤣

Hahahaha🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣 Bella. This is real talk indeed. Every other thing you said about us Ugandans 🇺🇬except for the money is true. Yes especially us Westerners , are raised with humility and kindness and it's hard to change that eventhough we switch to other regions . In Uganda generally 🇺🇬,as a lady, speaking on top of your voice is rude😊.So there is alot of unreported domestic violence especially in rural Uganda because of the high level of partriachy country wide supported by our society( a man will always be a man). On the issue of loving money, not all. Ladies from the Western, Eastern, Northern,West Nile and Eastern Uganda prefer true love to money 💸.Eventhough you are rich but emotionally unavailable for her, most especially in the West, will call it quits.😊. Most of us are comfortable with our skin, we wear makeup(simple) on ceremonies🤣😂🤣😂🤣 (marriages, graduation, birthday parties etc) and immediately after the ceremony we wash it off, to feel okay. You're a researcher indeed. Any way, your mother is Ugandan, visiting the bushhhhhhhhh 🇺🇬🤣😂🤣😂🤣

It's my first time to be on this page I've immediately subscribed, am from Uganda but almost all Bantu tribes in Uganda do Pull , even from my tribe am not a muganda but we do Pull, we do kneel , the problem as to why people think we worship men which isn't true , Ugandan women are so Submissive to men and this is not specifically in some tribes , when a girl is growing up at home we taught on how to take care of the family ,to take care of the man , even if you make a mistake while cooking your mum will ask you is it how you will cook for your man ohhhh😂😂😂😂

The part about womanhood lessons, it would be interesting if you could have a segment where you interview a "female / womanhood teacher" from Tanzania on your show. This is such an interesting, if not empowering topic (as an African woman) and it makes me so happy that we can still tap into this very sacred secret knowledge through people like yourself. Thank you...

I love East and West African woman … in particular the woman from Accra, Ghana and Nairobi, Kenya
As a Black American man … I love and appreciate the attitude of the African woman … I find it both refreshing as well as rewarding to spend time with a woman who can appreciate ones strength and intelligence without getting into a negative banter or sweating over the small stuff.
Again and FTR, I absolutely LOVE African women from the East as well as the West!
It feels good and exciting to travel between East and West Africa - ADDITIONALLY, it feels good to be back in the motherland …. I am Enjoying the food, the culture and authentic vibes from the people on this continent.

Am from Malawi but a lot that you have mentioned exit, for example the dowry part ,in the northern part of Malawi except one district believe in dowry, while the central and south part don't believe in it.
For the part of teaching girls what to do in bed by aunt or elderly women, most tribes do that and it goes along with elongation of labias(the one you called wings)but in Malawi we call them makutu (ears)as in a national language chichewa but in other languages they have their own names. Some people call them elevens( 11) because they are like they write 11 when elongated.
