Thing is, the Wenger out people really wouldn't listen to reason. I remember in the middle of the 2016-17 season, Arsenal went undefeated for over 3 months, and the second they lost to Man City and Everton, they all started ranting again. And I argued with a couple of them asking, after Wenger gets fired who's gonna get hired? Klopp was at Liverpool, Guardiola at City, Allegri at Juve, Simeone at Atlético, Conte at Chelsea... but they still acted like anyone would be an improvement.

*Be careful what you wish for
*Don’t keep having strong opinions on weak knowledge
*That Somali guy was real af
*DT giving out lectures on knowing when to step down aged horribly
*Troopz & all the rest of the fans should have given him much more respect instead of creating a harsh toxic environment for the club all the way down to squad level
*R.I.P Claude but he shouldn’t have been on there due to his blatant misery and Arséne basically being his punching bag until he left
*John Bercow has been a real one and truly insightful
*Top 4 & sustaining the club through harsh financial times obviously wasn’t important enough to the fans
    *Don’t listen to the media
Edit: I am sorry if the Claude piece appears insensitive, may he rest in peace, Claude was a legend and I respect the fact that he at least had the gumption to voice his unfiltered opinions on a well broadcasted online platform, right or wrong❣️ My comment was rooted in the belief that his passion was used against him and he was targeted by other club’s fans to use him as a meme to make the club seem excessively woeful to take the mickey out of Arsenal and this had a significant negative impact on his already painful ongoing personal struggles. R.I.P Claude you were gone too soon. We all wish you could have seen that it wasn’t too late for your journey and you could have turned it all around and been a big success.

The problem with Wenger was no so much his results but more the monotony of every season; you could predict where we were gonna finish at the start of the season, what we were going to win, and that we’d get thumped in big games.
With Wenger after 2013 there was no hope of being a top top club, it just never was in sight. His transfers, and especially naïveté towards defensive physical players was what cost us and ultimately set us up to fail post-Wenger.

Who cares that he won the league with Milan in a relatively weak Serie A, hardly a ringing endorsement. If Gazidis was so good he would have helped us win the league in his decade with us, yet in his ten years we went from contenders to 6th, but of course it wouldn't suit your comment now would it?
