This was fairly expensive 24 dollars in ABS plastic. Had to buy tin snips to cut the plastic. Zip ties. Tape, double stick tape and high end velcro. The double stick tape was to boost the highth of the velcro so the pads could reach each other across the spokes . Spent about 45 bucks total .
