Got my Termigoni on my monster- even took out the silencers. The bike is loud but not enough to get in trouble with cops. It can stand its ground with normal Harleys but the loud Harleys are way way way louder around here. It sounds awsome though. You can really modulate the loudness with your throttle quite well. If you want it to be somehwat quiet keep the RPM down to 2-3 K 3rd gear and it is perfect. if you want it loud take it up to 8-10K and neighbours will not love you AT ALL.
im upgrading from a R1 to a 1200, after the test ride i went on yesterday, i'm sold. It's more comfort than what i had with my R1 given that I'm pretty tall, but the same class of power and handling. I vote yes, after you test ride one yourself first, of course.
OmgSquirrel Power and handling are worlds apart between a Monster and an R1. The R1 is a race replica and behaves like one. The Monster is a standard. Which means you give up razor sharp handling and peak power for more street-worthy power (read: low end) and more relaxed ergonomics and suspension. The latter resulting in less turning ability than the R1. But being two different styles of bikes, both can do stuff the other can not.
I had these put on my 1200 Monster before I picked it up. And I had the db killers removed by the dealer. The bike sounds fucking unreal. Unfortunately it didn't take 2 days to get a noise violation ticket....lol.
cant beat the sound of the old bevels thought this duke would have it bein a 1200 but nope get your sht together ducati its all about the sound xP im stikin with my harley xD harleys 4 eva !!!!!!
you can't really understand how good it sounds until you hear it in real life.
This ducati has style for days... I am considering this sled in the future, once I slow down, etc...
GORGEOUS
Holy shit !! Sounds awesome !!
Sounds just like my SV650. But i like the look of the duc better. Nice bike!
What exhaust have you got? I got the full hindle, and it sounds like an old school v8 muscle
Delkevic :)
No it doesn't
Sounds just divine.
Nice video and sound. Now do a drive-by while short shifting through a few gears instead of full acceleration in the same gear =)
Thanks!
I really want to go with Termignoni on a 1200 S but I also like the sound of the stub Austin Racing can with Akrapovic header
Beautiful
Is there a noticeable power increase? Did you have to remap the ECU?
Nice overrun!
WOW!i love ducati
Dear Abheeya , can u please shoot another fly by video for your ducati , im impressed by it * Cheers *
Sounds great without the dumb-inserts
thanks mate just convinced me to get the termis cheers
;D
I am getting my termigoni exhaust system installed on my 1200S Monster today. I can't wait. How about cops any issues ?
In France the complete system is illegal, so you risk a 90 € penalty
Here in California it is also illegal, but we do it anyways. It is worth it. LOL
Same thing all around the world :D

The sound only bass like that bro, is that character of this engine or the microphone on camera only captured bass sound ?? thanks bro
I think that come from the position of the camera and the microphone. I will try to make an turn around vidéo without the box . Cheers !
Thanks bro,,,, bravo ducatisti
Abheeya try using an external mic
Only missing is the dry clutch clink clank 😉

Deep is good, right :-)
J.A.Ratt85 you need to hear that monster in reallife. Even in idle mode you can talk with someone else, cause it is too loud. Just crazy.
Sounds a little like a harley.
Eresy
Can you pass by my house so I can hear it better ?
Sounds like a V8 car coming across.
