A big misconception of subscribing via TH-cam, as opposed to Twitch is that TH-cam is free of charge. I think a lot of people watching TH-cam now days come from twitch so they dont know that and think it may cost money to click the button. Maybe try adding a "it's free and notifies you when I upload a new video" after the "please subscribe" at the end and aee if it impacts your sub count at all.
