- You will never forget this dessert!! Dessert in 5 minutes!! Simple, quick and delicious!
500ml milk.
30 grams of cocoa powder.
100 grams of sugar.
vanillin.
Leave to cool completely in the refrigerator.
250 ml whipping cream.
Cookies.
grated chocolate.
Store in the fridge. Serve after 2 hours.

Guys, you may mix condensed milk and cocoa instead of cooking the mixture like shown in the recipe. The result is the same. Also you may freeze the finish mixture and have it as ice cream. 😀
I am not sure that you obtain the same result ; because as your milk is loosing its water the cacao is cooking and he melt very well in the milk. If you choose condensed milk take it without sugar.
@@MALULU033 The milk mixture has 100 grams sugar in it my friend and since we do need to mix dry ground chocolate into a creamy texture we do need to warm it up a bit. Cooks would understand my suggestion. Have a bright day 👋🏻

I will probably still use milk so the cocoa can properly cook into it as the sugar thickens it. But the ice cream really caught my fancy.

Tira evapore o leite até que o volume seja reduzido em 2x.
O resultado final de ver grosso como brigadeiro
Em outro recipiente põe 250ml creme leite 33%, bate na batedeira ou liquidificador mistura o chocolate anterior.
Coloca biscoito favorito no fundo da tacinha, e põe a mistura decora com chocolate ralado por cima. Deixa esfriar completamente

Я раньше так делала, во взбитые кондитерские сливки вливала растопленный шоколад и ...шоколад застывал в сливках комочками. Лучше делать ганаш и вводить в взбитые сливки, либо сварить домашний шоколад и такая жидкая масса равномерно соединиться со сливками

Безусловно, так можно сделать и это не слишком калорийный десерт. Однако вкус шоколада будет не слишком насыщенный. Если вместо какао добавить топлёный шоколад, наверное, вкус станет более насыщенным. Также можно сделать с печеньем савоярди например, полив его предварительно кофе. Будет что-то наподобие тирамису.
100г сахара - низкокалорийный десерт? около 400 калорий - как в любом пирожном) Из такого кол-ва молока сахара и какао-порошка будет просто какао-напиток, но никак не шоколадная паста, как показано в ролике, соответственно, и подобного десерта не получится
