12:24 I think you missed Re8+ here. King force to h7. Be4+ force the rook to take it and you take back with the rook and be up an exchange in this trade. If rook didn’t take bishop then black have to block with bishop (which lose the bishop) or block with g6 (which get mated after Bc3 trying to play Rh8# and is unstoppable. Black can only delay for 2 turn with Rd8 and f6 and you just take those).
18:54 there might be Nb4 followed by Nc6 after the queen move somewhere. The point is that the queen can’t move and guard the bishop at the same time. And when you play Nc6 you are attacking the white knight protecting the white bishop. The force white to trade into you either with the bishop (which will improve your queen position) or with the knight (which will improve your bishop). I don’t think white queen can move to somewhere significant when you play Nb4 but I’m not sure about this one. Maybe I’m wrong. Edit: Wait, it doesn’t work. there’s Qb3+ forking the knight.
